Beautiful apartment situated in the heart of historic downtown Madrid with exceptional views overlooking the Plaza Conde de Miranda. You can choose to stay calmly inside and watch life as it goes by from the balcony or go downstairs and immerse yourself in the hustle and bustle of the city by having some gourmet tapas and wine in the San Miguel market right next door. The apartment is strategically situated; only a one minute walk from the impressive Plaza Mayor, 5 minutes away from the Royal Palace and another 5 minutes from the Puerta del Sol. Madrid has a great public transport system but from the apartment you can walk to almost all of the points of interest (Prado Museum, Thyssen Museum, the Retiro park, the Templo de Devod ..). The sunny and cozy apartment is decorated with care and is totally equipped with all the necessary things to have a lovely experience in Madrid. Everything was as described in the apartment. Location , perfect. Host, perfect. We had the best time staying at Andrea’s property for 8 nights. Super clean and quiet. Next to San Miguel Market for great tapas , wines etc. and all the other sites close by. We would highly recommend staying here. We would stay here again and again. We spent a week in this lovely apartment next to the Sam Miguel market and around the corner from the Plaza Mayor. It was a 5 minute walk to the tapas bars of the Calle de Cava Baja, the La Latina neighbourhood and the Palace. The apartment has everything you need and our host Andrea was extremely efficient and helpful. We highly recommend and would happily stay again!!!

The apartment was clean, the bed was comfortable and it had everything we needed during our week long stay in Madrid. It was conveniently located right next to San Miguel Market and a short walk away from Plaza Mayor and Sol. It was safe and I would feel comfortable staying there again if I was travelling as a single lady. Andrea was the perfect host and was always available to answer any questions we had and she even left us a little gift as she knew we were there celebrating our anniversary. This might just be the place I stay at whenever I visit Madrid in the future!

A wonderful apartment in the heart of Madrid. We found everything as listed, clean and well-appointed. Andrea was friendly and very responsive to any questions we had. This is right next to the Mercado de San Miguel and lots of other restaurants, bars, and retailers so it can stay lively into the late evening. Three Metro stations are a short walk away and can get you anywhere in the city. Would recommend to anyone looking to get within walking distance to many historical locations (several next door and around the corner!) and enjoy wonderful food and culture.

A Gem Indeed
This was a perfect base for us to site see in central Madrid.
We found the apartment was charming, very clean and well equipped.
We made good use of the grocery store on the ground floor to prepare most of our own meals, but had one exceptional meal at the restaurant we could see from our windows, Amicus!

Really good service even providing a kettle and coffemachine when requested plus coffee pods. Quite a small bed but very comfy.

We LOVED this apartment! Centrally located - we walked everywhere. It’s clean, cozy and cute. Even better than we expected! Communication with Andrea was easy and timely. She answered all of my questions cheerfully. And when she couldn’t meet us when we arrived, she had her sister Elisa meet us at the apartment. Everything was perfect! Can’t wait to return!! Thank you so much Andrea for sharing this apartment with us!! We will be back!

A little beautiful cozy home away from home.
Andrea's apparment is clean cozy well maintained place to stay in the heart of the city. She and her boy friend are two nice people we communicated with. They walked extra mile to make sure of our comfort. If I really have to be nitpicky, it would be the dumpster just outside the building but that would be negligible if you add up all the benefits you are getting.

Had a fantastic 4 day stay in Madrid and Andrea's lovely apartment was perfect for us. Our son joined us for one night and had a great sleep on the sofa bed. Location is brilliant for easy access to all sights and we weren't disturbed at all by any street noise - depends what time you go to bed!!
