The house is located in Villamediana de Iregua, a town located 4 km from the capital, so it is very close to all the emblematic sites of La Rioja.
The house has a useful area of approximately 120 m2, ideal for families traveling with children with capacity for 8 people. The access to the house is by a ground floor through a private staircase by the recreation area, of approximately 40 m2. It has a reading area with table and chairs and a ping-pong table. Once on the first floor, which is where the house is located, it has a large terrace of 30 m2 with spectacular views of the Iregua Valley and the capital Riojana. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 of them with two single beds and the third with a double bed, living room with double sofa bed, 2 bathrooms and large kitchen. It has heating throughout the house, full kitchen utensils, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, hob, microwave, oven, blender, toaster, coffee maker .....

The property was just as advertised and Maria Jesus could not have been a more gracious host. The family welcomed us to join their Saturday cookout and we enjoyed it thoroughly even though our Spanish is weak. Luckily some of the younger folks spoke excellent English and helped us follow along with the lively conversation. The location was convenient for visiting the Rioja wineries in the area and the sunsets were spectacular.
