Once here, just park your car and explore the area! There are 3 parking spaces, no street parking. Walk to the ferry terminals for a day trip to Martha’s Vineyard or Nantucket, or catch a chartered fishing boat or whale watching boat. Walk to so many restaurants, shops, beaches, town landing, parks, yacht club & so much more. BARNSTABLE BEACH PASS (e.g., Dowses, Craigville, Kalmus, etc.) will be included for all stay 5 nights or more. The closest is beach is 1/2 miles from the house. Many more beaches are within 1-2 miles from house. Bedroom 1 - 1st floor , Queen bed Bedroom 2 - 1st floor, 2 Twin XL beds Bedroom 3 - 2nd floor, 1 King Bed Bedroom 4 - 2nd floor, Queen Bed and 2 Twin Beds Sorry, No Pets, no exception. Capewide Vacations has a few other properties in the Cape for summer rental. CANCELLATION POLICY: Please note, there is no cancellation after booking. However, if we are able to obtain a new booking for the same period, we will refund you up to the value new booking but no more than your original booking amount.
