Really lovely property, in a very convenient location (5 minute walk to Cargills, which is the start of the main touristy road).
Pool is really nice and well kept (as were the sunloungers).
The host Kash is a really nice man who also speaks fluent English which is super helpful!
This was my final stay in Sri Lanka and it has been one of the few I have left a review (as reviews seem less important here as every property is 8.5/10+ due to fake reviews!)
Overall could not reccomend more - crazy good value!
