Fantastic modern, spacious and clean apartment. All facilities and amenities provided, even down to the salt and pepper. Lovely quiet location very close to Richmond Brighouse station for easy downtown. Lots of good restaurants around. Very attentive and responsive owners. Parking included (but not used personally).

1.Good location! It’s very close to the Canada Line, and having supermarkets and shops nearby . very convenient.
2. The room is well-equipped with all the essentials, including kitchenware, a washing machine, and a dryer, which easily met all our living needs.
1. The building is directly under a flight path. If you open the windows, it gets incredibly noisy from the airplanes.
2, The cleanliness was sub-par. We found trash left behind by the previous guest inside the bathroom drawer. Furthermore, both the washing machine and the towels had a noticeable musty odor, so we had to rewash everything before using them.

Location was very good for getting downtown via the Skytrain.
Good sized appt with views over the city which unfortunately we could not see clearly due to smoke from wildfires.
Some areas of appt were a bit tired, the chairs in the dining area were badly worn.
