Nestled in Sunset Beach, this attractive condo for $165 per night is a great option for your next vacation. This beautiful condo is located on Sunset Beach Island. Directly in the middle of Main St and only one block to Sunset Beach's main beach access and Fishing Pier. This one-bedroom condo has a King bed and a pull out sofa bed. It's on the second floor and has a great view of the ocean from the front porch with the best rocking chairs ever to relax in with a cold drink. Brand new updates for the "2020" season! Outdoor shower to rinse off the salt and sand, and all-new luxury vinyl flooring throughout the condo! Newly updated lighting outside the whole building for parking and safety. Central air conditioning, as well as a full kitchen with a dishwasher and washer/dryer, and are all included. Cable TV, DVD player, and Wi-Fi all come with this gorgeous condo. There are 2 TV's, one bedroom and one living room. Connecting room available check unit #2 calendar to see if both are available. What's included?? We like to make it as convenient as possible so we include the following. Hand soap, Dawn, dishwashing machine tablets, Some paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, fabric softer sheets. All types of cleaning supplies and garbage bags for your stay. There are also coffee filters and a cabinet full of spices. Sunset Beach is conveniently located halfway between Wilmington NC and Myrtle Beach SC. You are surrounded by World Class Golf Courses and Great Sport Fishing. Let's not forget Calabash and their famous seafood only 10 minutes away. There is always something to do even if that means doing nothing but laying on the perfect silky sandy beaches. We are pet-friendly but have some restrictions. There is a $65 pet fee, No long hair dogs, the weight limit is under 40 lbs, No aggressive breeds. Please crate your dog if you leave them in the condo during the day while you're at the beach. Please note, Dogs are prohibited on the beach 8 a.m.- 6 p.m. The Friday before Memorial Day through Labor Day. Dogs must be on a leash no more than 10', and please clean up after your pet. Attention Boat Owners!! There is a Dry Dock boat slip available for an extra fee, please call or email for details. It is only 5 min from Condo and 1.5 miles from inlet!! Don't Wait!! We love Sunset Beach. It’s very laid back and the condo was a 2 minute walk to the beach. This was our second time in the area and will be back next year. Highly recommended for just getting away from all the hustle and bustle of your everyday routine.

I’ve been coming to Sunset Beach with my family every year for almost my whole life. I love the beach and this apartment was the perfect location. Close to everything, but still felt peaceful and quiet. Loved it!

Nice location to beach access. Great view from front deck. Nice clean beach. Did have to drive a short distance into Ocean Isle or Calabash for main meals.... but not a bad drive. Quiet despite being above a surf shop.

The apartment is lovely, clean, and just perfect for a beach get-a-way. Close to the pier and within walking distance to the beach! Also near some wonderful businesses, including a coffee and ice cream shop. Bike rentals too and shopping!

The property was perfect in every way. Very comfortable, clean, neat, airy and great location. Steps were a bit tough on this 81 year old with bad knees....my problem, not host or property problem. I would definitely go back again. A great plus was Peg the next door neighbor, a real delight, most helpful and friendly.

The condo was extremely clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook a nice meal and the location cannot be beat! Really enjoyed the rocking chairs on the deck with morning coffee. I highly recommend and will definitely book again. Thanks for a great stay!

Lovely stay on the best beach in NC! Condo was perfect size for 2 adults and a pup. Great location, easy walk to beach. Grateful owner would rent for less than 7 days like most beach rentals require. Book it!

The rental was perfect for what we needed. Great location and perfect to walk to the beach. We brought our 11 year old pup with us and he struggled with the amount of stairs and distance to grass but other then that we have no complaints. Enjoyed our stay and the rental.
