Nestled in Sunset Beach, this attractive condo for $165 per night is a great choice for your next break. This beautiful condo is located on Sunset Beach Island. Directly in the middle of Main St and only one block to Sunset Beach's main beach access and Fishing Pier. This one-bedroom condo has a King bed and a pull out sofa bed. It's on the second floor and has a great view of the ocean from the front porch with the best rocking chairs ever to relax in with a cold drink. Brand new updates for the "2020" season! Outdoor shower to rinse off the salt and sand, and all-new luxury vinyl flooring throughout the condo! Also a new dining area set and living room couch. Newly updated lighting outside the whole building for parking and safety. Central air conditioning, as well as a full kitchen with a dishwasher and washer/dryer, and are all included. Cable TV, DVD player, and Wi-Fi all come with this gorgeous condo. There are 2 TV's, one bedroom and one living room. Connecting room available check unit #2 calendar to see if both are available. What's included?? We like to make it as convenient as possible so we include the following. Hand soap, Dawn, dishwashing machine tablets, Some paper towels , toilet paper, laundry detergent, fabric softer sheets. All types of cleaning supply's and garbage bags for your stay. There are also coffee filters and a cabinet full of spices. Sunset Beach is conveniently located halfway between Wilmington NC and Myrtle Beach SC. You are surrounded by World Class Golf Courses and Great Sport Fishing. Let's not forget Calabash and their famous seafood only 10 minutes away. There is always something to do even if that means doing nothing but laying on the perfect silky sandy beaches. We are pet-friendly but have some restrictions. There is a $65 pet fee, No long hair dogs, the weight limit is under 40 lbs, No aggressive breeds. Please crate your dog if you leave them in the condo during the day while you're at the beach. Please note, Dogs are prohibited on the beach 8 a.m.- 6 p.m. The Friday before Memorial Day through Labor Day. Dogs must be on a leash no more than 10', and please clean up after your pet. Attention Boat Owners!! There is Dry Dock boat slip available for an extra fee, please call or email for details. It is only 5 min from Condo and 1.5 miles from inlet!! Don't Wait!! Perfect place at Sunset Beach to see the ocean and be right in the middle of it all! Easy check in, super clean, provided beach towels, etc. King bedroom was beautiful and the bed was very comfortable! I will be back, brought my 85 year old mother and myself for 3 nights! She had no problem with the stairs.

We had a great week on our honeymoon staying at Sunset Beach! The location of the property was convenient with a beautiful view of the ocean and an easy walk to the beach. Once we figured out where to park, the condo was easy to access. It was clean and cozy, and was the perfect place for us to spend the week.

Was a little noisy underneath at the coffee shop beating and banging causing a lot of disturbance for our dog causing her to continue to bark.

We really loved the rental. It was very clean and plenty of room for our teenage boys. It had everything we needed. Very conveniently located near the beach access. We loved being able to walk downstairs to grab ice cream or slushies in the evening. The boys were able to walk around outside in the eveningsand be close by. Even though we were located over the ice cream shop and store, it was very quiet. We will definitely be booking here again. No complaints at all.

Very clean, spacious 1br condo, great location, great front porch and rockers, quality king bed, luxury feel of linens and towels. Convenient store underneath and next door. Only recommendation is to upgrade the living room TV and cable service to match quality of rest of condo.

The unit is impeccably clean and well stocked. A 3 minute walk to sunset pier! A convenience store two doors down, beach paraphernalia below unit. The only problem we had was the pull out couch mattress which my teen daughter described as getting poked by springs all night so she had to sleep on then couch instead the whole trip. Other than that, the unit is perfect! Will definitely be back!

Beautiful Condo with a great view of the ocean, only a few minutes walk to the beach, the place looked freshly renovated and was very clean, there is a nice coffee shop and small grocery store a few steps away, its also really nice that it's pet friendly, we will definitely be staying here again.

The condo was across the street from the pier, centrally located on Sunset Beach. We really enjoyed walking to the eastern point in the morning to watch the sunrise and western point in the evening for the sunset. After a long day of sun, sitting on the covered porch provided a fantastic outlet to view the ocean. The condo itself is nice, bright, and open. It can be a little noisy because it’s on top of and next to shops. But by 10:30, it was quiet. We really enjoyed our vacation and look forward to staying here again.

Enjoyed our stay very much! The property was very clean and convenient. We brought our 15 year old dachshund. It was a little walk to bring him to potty but not terrible. Only downfall was having to move rental bikes blocking our driveway from Julie’s rental.

This was the second year in row that we stayed at this location. All the rooms were very clean when we arrived. I have no complaints about the property. The beach is only a 2-3 minute walk from the front door. We had a great time staying there and hope to return soon.

Loved the location: very close to the beach and private parking off street. Very clean property with almost everything provided, right down to the dish soap.Well supplied kitchen for cooking. Very nice views. If you are an early riser you can watch the sunrise from the front porch and the ocean from the kitchen window. There is a full size washer and dryer which was nice to have use of before leaving. Access is via outside steps to the apartment on the second floor. This could be an issue for those with mobility problems but the steps are wide and very sturdy so was not an issue for us. Would rent the unit again if we go back to Sunset Beach.
