Beautiful home with 2000 square feet, featuring 2 bedrooms with a third bedroom on ground level in rear of garage, 3 bathrooms, central air, hardwoods, tiled flooring in the garage. Beautiful kitchen with pantry to help keep things organized. The cottage has a gorgeous paved patio with everything you need for your outdoor grilling, 3 decks. Cottage is right off of Matunuck Beach Rd which is a great area to bike, jog or walk.There is a supermarket down the street, the best ice cream parlor in the state, 2 restaurants and a pavilion on the beach with hot showers, food and bathrooms. There are also picnic tables and a volleyball net. You can also walk to others beaches such as East Matunuck and watch the surfers at Deep Hole, all without getting in your car. Our guests will have a cottage beach pass to the South Kingstown beach.
