About this house rental
Nestled in Westport, this attractive house for $135 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Work or homeschool at the beach. Grandma's House is 2 Bedrooms, including a queen in one room and a queen and twin in the other. We just installed a 2-3 person hot tub with a privacy fence. The large yard is fenced in and friendly for kids and pets. There is a firepit with wood provided. The roomy bright kitchen has everything you need to prepare your own meals. There is a washer and dryer and a full bathroom. The house is centrally located a short drive to the beach and the docks. Smart TV with Roku and Wi-fi are included. We have provided bikes, an umbrella stroller, kites, toys, including sand toys and games for the kids as well as books and movies.

We rented this property for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. The owners and staff were very sweet and put up some Christmas decorations and lights for us, to make our trip a little more special for the holiday.
The backyard was absolutely lovely and my service dog enjoyed it very much! We enjoyed the indoor fireplace and the hot tub as well! They have a large supply of firewood at your disposal which made my little country-girl heart so happy! This is a small home that reminded me very much of a similar one that our family lived in for five generations, so the kids and I enjoyed it! We will likely be back again sometime! Great response time from both the owners and their employees to help with anything we needed, even on the holiday! Do book this place if you're thinking about it. It's a cozy little home away from home!

On a whole this property is wonderful and relaxing. We did arrive after dark and got confused because only the neighbors number is on the fence by the driveway. Everything was as advertised. Great spot with a great fenced yard for our two little dogs. Hot tub was perfectly adequate. Nice little cabin away perfect location and property for my wife and I. We look forward to returning in the future.

This house is accurately represented! We had 3 kids and two dogs which means we really needed a place that was comfortable for us all to spend time! The kids and dogs loved the yard, being able to borrow chairs and sand toys was great as well because of course we forgot! The hot tub was a perfect end to a fun day exploring the beach! We will be back!

We’ve stayed here several times and have always enjoyed the place. The neighborhood is quiet and offers easy access to town and the beach. It has always been pet friendly and it just feels like a home away from home. The owner is extremely responsive and has added some new accents to the interior that were quite nice. We will of course be back!

Cute place. Could use some TLC. Beds were not good. Bathroom needs work. Toilet was very short. Not good if you have long legs. Could not get the CC to turn off on the TV. The Kitchen needed some help

The house is perfect for up to 4 people. It was great having a fenced yard. The hottub was awesome as well. The location is good...very close (about 5-6 minute drive) to beaches, restaurants, espresso stand and grocery store. Half Moon Bay is absolutely clean and a beautiful beach! The road the home is located (S Forrest) the cars go by very fast so be cautious if walking kids/dogs. Also the mosquitos (these tiny brown things called (No-see-ums) apparently called as they are so tiny they are difficult to see are vicious. I was bit over 30 times on a 45 minute walk. The next day I wore mosquito spray, but still managed to get bit a few more times. They go under loose clothing too. Overall Grandma's House and Westport was awesome. I just hated the mosquitos!

We loved our stay, very cozy, large kitchen, yard worked perfectly for our dogs and the hot tub was the greatest bonus! We are now planning our next stay, as we frequent Westport. No more "dog friendly" hotels for us, we would much rather stay at Grandma`s House!!

Our dog somehow found meth in backyard unfortunately. Went to Olympic Vat Hospital. Reported to Westport Fire and Police. Came back packed up and left on Mother Day as we didn’t want our other two to find what other had.

We stayed here for my 40th birthday because we were going out on a fishing charter and to go razer clamming. The property was perfect for us and has a home feel to it which I appreciated. It had everything we needed and then some. It's nothing fancy but we usually don't need that. We plan on booking again next year but this time bringing our children along.

One bed on rollers not very comfortable so we changed beds. And that one was fine. Didn't use hottub looked a little sketchy. Far walk for wife. Dogs liked fenced in yard. Nice to be able to bring dogs.

Hosts were very accommodating moving our reservation one day at last minute when I got delayed in a blizzard. The place was perfect for a winter retreat to the beach in the winter. We took our labs and it was our 1 year olds first beach visit. The yard was great for well behaved dogs. The place is as it looks in listing. Not fancy but had everything we needed. Seemed like the housekeepers could have done a little better job. We left a tip for any dog hair we might have missed. Just right for relaxing with pets or kids and not worrying about damaging a high end rental. Comfy and homey. Thanks

Great little house. Walk to the beach. Bikes, charcoal BBQ, comfortable beds, and some raccoon neighbors. Hot tub was hot but the jets only stay on for 15 seconds. Owners were responsive. Had new dryer delivered during our stay. Highly recommended.

Grandmas place
This was the perfect place in the perfect location to enjoy our Holiday weekend! Close by beach access, well maintained home and property, fully fenced for our puppers to enjoy! We all enjoyed relaxing inside as well as a dip in the hot tub! This place is great for getting away from the hustle and bustle of the daily routine!
