About this house rental

Situated in Steamboat Springs, this lovely house for $350 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Our mountain retreat is split level with 3 full stories. Common areas make gatherings easy but completely private bed and bathrooms give everyone their space. The entire unit has just been remodeled with new appliances and decor. The rooms are spacious and the end-unit windows allow lots of natural light. Each bedroom has a completely private bath. The Master Suite has Tempurpedic King bed with its own mini-fridge and coffee service. Master bath is particularly spacious and includes Steamist steam shower. All bedrooms have cable TV and the living area has large plasma screen with state-of-the-art sound system, Comcast Xfinity cable and blu-ray player. Full size washer and dryer are centrally located to allow easy access for all guests. The kitchen is fully stocked with All-Clad cookware, crock-pot, drip coffee maker (a Keurig resides in the Master Suite), toaster, mixer and everything needed to prepare home-cooked meals. For those who prefer to make reservations, there are some truly excellent restaurants in town (a short bus ride) and on the mountain within walking distance.

This was a ski vacation for 6adults and 2 young children. Location was excellent. Bus right across the street for a very short ride to the base. Great kitchen and eating area. Two locations to hang out in. Every bedroom had a bathroom plus room for a child on the floor. This was our second stay here and we love it. Kay was also great and communicative.

Lovely roomy 3 BR condo. Great locations. Across the street from the bus stop. So easy to ride the bus. Also a very short drive to slopes, grocery & other shopping. Host is so very warm, welcoming, & accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay here

Is it a second time renting at this property and we love it! It’s big and spread out with enough room for everybody to still be together but also have their space. The location is great, very clean with a lot of extra amenities that are great for families. The owner is super responsive if you need something while you’re there and goes above and beyond to help make the stay perfect! You won’t be disappointed!

This was our second Christmas to spend in this property. Everything about it is absolutely wonderful! The owners are great to deal with, the property is in great condition - warm and comfortable. Sleeping arrangements were perfect for our needs and the hostess always goes above and beyond to make us comfortable and feel welcome in her property. We will be back again! As soon as possible!

This place is huge! Tons of space so people feel like they are together but not on top of each other. Super clean, nice finishes, fully stocked kitchen and super comfortable beds. The pool was sooo fun for the kids. Would recommend this place in a heart beat! We had a wonderful time!

Very nice roomy condo that was just across the street from the bus stop for easy 5 min travel to ski resort. Owner was very nice to talk to and arranged for a late check out. We love to cook on vacation and the kitchen had all we needed for cooking and serving our group. We plan to come back.

Overall good. Unit is terrific, with excellent location, super well appointed. Property owner is very good and responsive. We had a couple hiccups but Kay responded immediately with good follow up.

We needed a quick getaway weekend and found the home the week we wanted to go.. The home was super clean and had everything we needed. The hosts were extremely responsive. We had a great time hanging out and spending time with each other. It was a 10 minute drive to downtown where we walked around and went tubing. I also got up early and went to Fish Falls which was beautiful.

This was the perfect place for my family. Plenty of space to move around, very quiet, very comfortable. The kitchen was so well stocked with utensils and that made it so easy to make most meals there. We would definitely love to come back!

The layout is great as each room as it’s own bathroom and floor for privacy. Shuttle stop next to parking lot takes you to the slopes in 2 stops. Kay the owner is very helpful! Great find.
