I almost hate to say how good this property was in fear of not getting it again when we want to go but, it was really great. It was very clean and comfortable and literally on the beach, just walk down the stairs and you are there! We stay in at least 3 VRBOs a year and this property is one of the best. Exactly as advertised! We went into Tampa one day and did a great downtown tour which gave us some background of the area that was really interesting. We played golf twice in the week there (the public course 3 miles away needs a lot of help so we went a bit further out for better golf. ) We discovered (through our tour) that eating at Columbia is an absolute must and only 10 min away!. We also played Pickleball at a Kobe park for free on great courts. We discovered you can't keep your beach tent up overnight but, again a friendly owner warned us before it could be taken away by the local beach patrol. The beach is so quiet away from the majority of beach goers and just beautiful at this location. Our unit does not face the beach but does face the intercoastal so the views are lovely and you can watch the sunrise, for the sunset hit the beach! Be aware there are 28 steps up to the unit so you must be able to do the climb but, it is worth being on the top floor and my backside is the better for it!! We want to go again soon. I highly recommend this unit, it was perfect for us!

The condo was very nice and clean. Loved the view of the waterway and ocean. There was construction on the one side but not distracting . We truly enjoyed our stay.

Our family loved this unit! They furniture had been recently upgraded, but the location and amenities on site (porch facing sunrise, chairs in the common area by beach, storage w chairs, etc) made this the perfect stay. We are booking again for next year!
