So many restaurants with in walking distance, 3/5 minute walk to the beach, located right on the Intracoastal! This is a trolley that will take you up and down the coast for a minimal daily fee. The management company will provide you with the start up of toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bag, a laundry pod, and dish detergent. It is up to you, the guest to provide whatever else is needed for your stay. There are 3 thermostats in the unit. They can be adjusted to different temperatures in each room but they all must be on heat or cool to work. There will be 2 water park passes in the unit upon your arrival (2 guests per pass), you will need to take them to the gift shop before entering the water park. They will scan them and give you a wrist band to wear while at the park. It is there that you can purchase any additional passes needed (up to 6 at a 50% discount). The parking pass will also be in the room upon your arrival. Age minimum: One guest must be at least 25 years old. Under the ADA and Florida law, owners of public accommodations are not required to allow emotional support animals, only documented service animals. Rates on OPEN DATES are often subject to change. A CHANGE IN YOUR BOOKING DATE MAY NOT BE POSSIBLE OR ALLOWED, HOWEVER, SHOULD A DATE CHANGE BE ALLOWED BY THE OWNER, BOOKING DATE CHANGES WILL BE SUBJUECT TO A $50 CHARGE FOR EACH DATE CHANGE. Should a booking date change be allowed, the difference in rates, if lower, will not be refunded, and if higher, will be charged. AGAIN, due to the no refund policy, travel insurance is highly recommended, especially if your stay will fall around Florida's Hurricane season, which falls annually around June 1 through Nov. 30. We cannot guarantee pools will be warm during cold weather months, and will not give discounts or refunds should a guest experience cold pool water temperatures. EARLY CHECK-IN: Because we have a high amount of same day turn overs, we kindly ask that you would PLEASE refrain from asking for an early check in. Check-in is at 4PM Eastern or any time thereafter.
