Situated in Indian Rocks Beach, this attractive condo for $323 per night is a great option for your next trip. Sleeps up to eight people. What an incredible vacation rental for you and your family! Welcome! This newer 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is located at the 'Harborside@Marker 33' and 'Splash Harbour Water Park' complex. Your 5th floor unit has wonderful views of the Intracoastal Waterway, both day and night. Enjoy watching the dolphins and boats as they pass by. T Unit 5513 comes with 4 free daily splash Harbour Water Park passes. That's a $100 a day value. Additional passes are offered at a discounted rate. This 'newer' unit has a fully equipped kitchen with rich-looking wood flooring and a full-size stackable washer and dryer. The living/dining room area has wood flooring also, and a Smart TV. The master bedroom has a Smart TV, king size bed, and a spacious bath with a walk-in shower to enjoy. The guest bedroom has 2 queen size beds a full bath, and a TV. Free parking (one car) in parking garage, and free internet WI-FI access is included. Think it can't get any better...There is a sundeck facing Indian Rocks Beach located right down the hall from this unit for you to watch some of the best sunsets you will ever see! The Waterpark and it's lazy river are great fun for young people and adults alike. Enjoy live music in the evenings and several nearby eateries/bars offering adult beverages. A snack bar, Jimmy Guana's and a gift shop are located poolside. Beautiful Indian Rocks Beach is just a short walking distance from your room. Crabby Bills, Slyce Pizza, PJ's Oyster Bar,and The Lighthouse Donuts are just a few of the many restaurants within walking distance, and just a few miles away you'll find the famous John's Pass where the Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. is located. There are also many coffee and ice cream shops, bars and entertainment venues. Indian Rocks Beach is a quaint, laid-back, family-friendly beach town. Whether you are planning a family vacation, a couple's retreat, or a friends get together, Indian Rocks Beach and 5513 Harbourside make for the perfect vacation destination. You won't want to leave! We're easily accessible from the airports, with trolleys available for your convenience to take you to so many places including Clearwater Beach for a minimum fee. PARKING: One (1) car per reservation can park in the Garage (or the yellow lined parking spots across from the gift shop if the parking garage is full) with the Parking Pass (pass is located in the unit). Additional cars will be a $20 daily fee, and will park in white lined spaces, attendant on duty. FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE, THERE ARE 2 ELEVATORS THAT TRAVEL FROM GROUND LEVEL TO AS HIGH AS THE 5TH FLOOR, AND ONE ELEVATOR, BY THE ROUNDABOUT, THAT TRAVELS FROM GROUND LEVEL TO THE 8TH FLOOR. Age minimum: One guest must be at least 25 years old. Under the ADA and Florida law, owners of public accommodations are not required to allow emotional support animals, only documented service animals. Rates on OPEN DATES are often subject to change. TRAVEL INSURANCE IS RECOMMENDED, AS THERE IS A STRICT NO REFUND POLICY!!! IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL, YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. THE NO REFUND POLICY INCLUDES NO REFUNDS DUE TO HEALTH CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WEATHER CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WATER CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND INCLUDING COLD WATER OR RED TIDE, OR TRANSPORTATION OR ROAD CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND INCLUDING FLIGHT CANCELLATIONS. A CHANGE IN YOUR BOOKING DATE MAY NOT BE POSSIBLE OR ALLOWED, HOWEVER, SHOULD A DATE CHANGE BE ALLOWED BY THE OWNER, BOOKING DATE CHANGES WILL BE SUBJUECT TO A $50 CHARGE FOR EACH DATE CHANGE. Should a booking date change be allowed, the difference in rates, if lower, will not be refunded, and if higher, will be charged. AGAIN, due to the no refund policy, travel insurance is highly recommended, especially if your stay will fall around Florida's Hurricane season, which falls annually around June 1 through Nov. 30. We cannot guarantee pools will be warm during cold weather months, and will not give discounts or refunds should a guest experience cold pool water temperatures. EARLY CHECK-IN: Because we have a high amount of same day turn overs, we kindly ask that you would PLEASE refrain from asking for an early check in. Check-in is at 4PM Eastern or any time thereafter. Should the unit be available for early check-in, it will be offered to you on the morning of your arrival for a $50 early check-in fee. Thank you for understanding!

My husband and I went for a short "just breathe" trip before Christmas and were so pleased with this condo. It is just beautiful and had everything we needed.
I will say I did not read all the instructions that go along with this type of stay so part of what I have next to say part is my fault. But, when I called the property manager for assistance I was not treated kindly. I could hear her frustration and she actually made me feel terrible. After I read all the instructions (and there are A LOT) I understood her frustration, but that being said she should be more patient with the renters knowing ahead of time the instructions for this type of rental are very tedious and trying. I felt bad for the owners of this beautiful condo to have been represented that way. I'm only mentioning this so that this property manager will take a step back and try to be on the other side. The renters probably have never rented a self-check-in unit. They probably have had a long day of travel and maybe no sleep. Just be kind. Other than that, I highly recommend this unit! Just beautiful.

Great spot with a great view of the ocean and intercoastal. Some really good restaurants to walk to plus a 5 min walk to the beach.
The place is clean and feels updated. Very lean on any extras so be prepared with ALL of your own toiletries and kitchen extras. Also be sure to immediately check for any damage and report it if there is some so it is not attributed to you.
Only real issue was understanding the instructions on checking-in. There was some initial confusion and where to park, is this the right building, etc. We did not see numbering or anything obvious that pointed us to where to park. Several other cars rolling around with the same issue. I had to physically go up and find the unit to validate we were in the correct place. After that...all good. Definitely would stay here again!

The unit was well cared for and no problems with communicating with the owner. It's a great location, many restaurants, shops, and beach within walking distance. We took advantage of the water park as well. We are already talking about next year!

We could not have found a better place for our stay in Indian Rock beach. The home was immaculate. Bonus water park admission. Indoor parking. Local restaurants and the beach steps away. Looking forward to another stay in the near future. Highly recommend!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The unit was exceptionally clean and up-to-date. The private balcony was a fan favorite of our kids', with a great view of the intercoastal, and you could also see the ocean if you looked to the right. It was spacious enough for our family of five. The waterpark couldn't have been better for our young kids, not too small but not too big. The included passes were a huge bonus. We walked to dinner and ice cream almost every night with plenty of options nearby. The ocean was also a walkable distance with children. The property manager was communicative and even purchased a pack 'n' play and a highchair when I asked if either were available prior to our visit. The only piece of feedback I'd provide is that the kitchen was a small bit lacking in terms of supplies. The basics were there, but a few more items would have been helpful (miscellaneous things like a whisk, plastic cups for children, some Pyrex, etc.). But truly that is splitting hairs in trying to come up with anything that wasn't excellent. We hope to return again in the future!

We really enjoyed our stay! The unit is great. Great water view and peaceful veranda to watch the boats come and go on the Intercoastal Waterway. You can’t see your neighbors to either side which is also nice. Very clean and perfect size for my husband and I and our teen son and his friend. Also short walking distance to everything. The water park was great too for the boys and the restaurant/bar next door at the holiday inn had live music every night. Great time!

Condo itself was nice. It wasn't over the top incredible. It had the basics and nothing else, no extra blankets and basic minimum things in the kitchen. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The smoke detector chirped on and off several times even though we took the battery out.
The check in process was ok. The door handle is odd and annoying to use. We were not told about the main office where we could find tickets and events happening around town.
We sent the manager a message about where we could store our luggage since check out is at 10AM which seems pretty early. There was no response from her but a generated message.
The staff in the main office building were extremely nice and accommodating and let us keep our luggage in there until it was time for our flight.
Check out and directions made it seem like if we did something not correct, we would be charged.
I would not rent again from a VRBO that is managed by a company. I'd rather deal directly with the owner.

We enjoyed our stay. Had beach accessories available. The wagon was convenient and made the trip to the beach easy. The kids also enjoyed the pool/water park. Will definitely stay here again.

The Sea turtle condo was just what we needed. We loved that there was a water park adjacent to the condo. Everything was in walking distance. We really didn't spend too much time exploring the area because everything was so close. About a 5 -8 min walk to the beach. Our children loved the water park and it was nice that there was also a little "restaurant" on site at the water park so that we did not have to leave when we were hungry. We would stay there again.

Condo was just like the pictures, plenty of space for my family of 4. The waterpark was a fun attraction to have right on the property. Several restaurants within walking distance made it nice not to drive everywhere. We would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our 4 night stay here very much. Condo is very clean, updated & comfortable with plenty of room for our family of 4. Plenty of towels and linens. The kitchen has everything needed for meal prep. Having a washer & dryer in the unit is very convenient.
Location is excellent. The complex is easy to get to and close to everything we needed. There are grocery stores a short drive away, and a CVS, restaurants and a great coffee shop within short walking distance. The beach is a short, pleasant walk away. Sunset views from the sundeck are amazing. We also enjoyed watching dolphins from the balcony while we had our morning coffee. Water park was an added bonus for the kids. We’d definitely stay here again!

Perfect stay!
Location was ideal! We were able to drive the golf cart everywhere we needed and there were several shops and restaurants within walking distance. Getting into the condo was super easy and I was so happy to see all of the beach supplies we’d need. The condo was very spacious and I really liked the floor plan. It was very clean, well decorated, and had everything we needed, including enough TP for a family of 6 (which is usually an issue with most condos). Lol! The property is surprisingly quiet, despite it being attached to the water park. The elevators times were fast and we actually rarely saw other people on them. Overall, it was a perfect stay and we look forward to staying there again! Thank you!
