This newer 2 bedroom, 2 bath 7th floor end unit (Sleeps 8), is located in the Harbourside at Marker 33 Vacation condos and Splash Waterpark, and it overlooks both the Intracoastal Waterway and the Gulf of Mexico. With peaceful water views from your private balcony and only 2 blocks from the beach, you won't want to leave! Walk to beautiful Indian Rocks Beach in 3 minutes or head downstairs to the all ages Splash Harbour Water Park with your 4 free passes ($100 value per day) that can be used every day of your stay. Additional passes are half price. Whether you want to zoom down the 2 water slides, relax on the lazy river, or grab some food and drinks at the Rum Shack, there will be plenty of activities for the whole family without ever leaving the condo. Feeling adventurous? Explore the city of Indian Rocks Beach during the day for some local cuisine or enjoy the nightlife within walking distance to 10 pubs and bars, with every variety of food and drink imaginable. Dining choices include Mexican, Italian, Seafood, Pizza, Steak, Donuts, an Oyster Bar and even a Bakery. Rent boats right on the property or dock your boat at the free daily boat slips. Whatever your vacation needs are, you'll find them satisfied in Indian Rocks Beach. FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE, THERE ARE 2 ELEVATORS THAT TRAVEL FROM GROUND LEVEL TO AS HIGH AS THE 5TH FLOOR, AND ONE ELEVATOR, BY THE ROUNDABOUT, THAT TRAVELS FROM GROUND LEVEL TO THE 8TH FLOOR. PARKING: One (1) car per reservation can park in the Garage (or the yellow lined parking spots across from the gift shop if the parking garage is full) with the Parking Pass (pass is located in the unit). Additional cars will be a $20 daily fee, and will park in white lined spaces, attendant on duty. Age minimum: One guest must be at least 25 years old. Under the ADA and Florida law, owners of public accommodations are not required to allow emotional support animals, only documented service animals. Rates on OPEN DATES are often subject to change. TRAVEL INSURANCE IS RECOMMENDED, AS THERE IS A STRICT NO REFUND POLICY!!! IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL, YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. THE NO REFUND POLICY INCLUDES NO REFUNDS DUE TO HEALTH CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WEATHER CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WATER CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND INCLUDING COLD WATER OR RED TIDE, OR TRANSPORTATION OR ROAD CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND INCLUDING FLIGHT CANCELLATIONS. A CHANGE IN YOUR BOOKING DATE MAY NOT BE POSSIBLE OR ALLOWED, HOWEVER, SHOULD A DATE CHANGE BE ALLOWED BY THE OWNER, BOOKING DATE CHANGES WILL BE SUBJUECT TO A $50 CHARGE FOR EACH DATE CHANGE. Should a booking date change be allowed, the difference in rates, if lower, will not be refunded, and if higher, will be charged. AGAIN, due to the no refund policy, travel insurance is highly recommended, especially if your stay will fall around Florida's Hurricane season, which falls annually around June 1 through Nov. 30. Check in is any time after 4PM. We cannot guarantee pools will be warm during cold weather months, and will not give discounts or refunds should a guest experience cold pool water temperatures. EARLY CHECK-IN: Because we have a high amount of same day turn overs, we kindly ask that you would PLEASE refrain from asking for an early check in. Check-in is at 4PM Eastern or any time thereafter. We had a great stay Harbourside! The kids loved the water park/pool. The beach was a very short walk. Easily doable with a 4 yr old, 2 yr old and infant. The condo was great, very clean, and had everything we needed. The view of the channel on the balcony was great. We would definitely stay again

We were so excited when we saw the view from this condo, absolutely beautiful and perfect view of the gorgeous sunsets! Several restaurants within walking distance. Easy drive to St Pete and Clearwater. We had a great week and would definitely stay here again!

Indian Rocks
Great stay with our 3 boys and friends. A ton of entertainment. The boys loves the waterpark. Plenty of food in the surrounding are. All walking distance. Deb was great at responding with any questions and concerns we had. Would stay again.

Great Location, Terrible Management
The room was beautiful, great views, the location was amazing. The part that ruined our vacation was the management of the property. There was an issue with the shower that was not fixed before we checked in, even though management was aware of it. Then every day someone was supposed to show up to repair it. We initially asked for this to be done after our 6 days stay since I do not want to wait around for a plumber all day in the room when I could be enjoying myself at the beach, nor do I feel comfortable to let a stranger with our belongings. This was not acceptable to management. After 4 days, many stressful emails, a plumber showed up made a mess and left the water running our doors open to the apartment and did not flix the issue. If I wanted to deal with plumbers I could have stayed home and renovated my house.
Also we were not informed that during our stay the room would also be sprayed for bugs, also something we were not comfortable with. I would suggest to management to organize these things when the property is not occupied.
Lastly you will need to bring everything with you. You are only given 3.5 toilet rolls for a family of 7, one paper towels roll and few garbage bags. The rest make sure you bring with you. If you enjoy coffee make sure you bring filters as they are not provided. You also only get 2 pods for the washing machine and no dryer sheets for 1 week with 2 families (7 ppl). Maybe we are used to better services in Canada but we have stayed at many VRBO properties here and the services do not compare.
Overall the Property is great, location is amazing, beautiful views. I would come back to the same building only if different management.

Amazing location with lots to do for all ages
We loved the corner unit that was nice and quiet with a beautiful waterfront view. The water park and access to Holiday Inn's amenities (putt putt and game room) were great for the kids.. The condo is centrally located on Indian Rocks beach (one block from the beach and amazing sunsets) and within walking distance to some of the best staples like Crabby Bills, Slyce pizza, PJ's and much more... plus their is a CVS one block away in case you forgot anything. Another perk was the really nice sand volleyball court at the adjacent city park. We rented bikes and enjoyed all that the gold beach community had to offer. A great spot for families, we will be back.

Child’s paradise
The waterpark was easy and fun for the kids with ample lifeguards and poolside services. The condo was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The beach was close and the restaurants/bars walkable and delicious. Having a CVS right out the door was very convenient also.

The condo had all the basic things that you need. The water park was so fun and convenient to go to everyday. The restaurants are all walking distance including cvs. The beach was also walking distance. They had the red tide when we were there, but the pool at the condo was enough for us. You can honestly see the view of both the intercoastal and beach from the balcony. There is a second balcony right next door to this condo which seems super private. The beds were so comfortable! It was just perfect. All of it!! We stayed a week and it wasn’t enough! We are looking forward to booking our next stay there! And we can’t wait!!! Thank you Debi and the cleaning lady (sorry I forgot her name) for an amazing and memorable stay. The best place we have stayed in yet!!

The kids. 15-17 went to the water park and the beach while I read and took in the views. Beach is less than a 5 minute walk and easy to get to with everything in tow using the wagon in the closet.
Parking can be a nightmare because the parking garage is small. However, we parked the car on arrival and didn't move it during our stay. There are spots in the big parking lot and on the road if you can't find a spot in the garage.
The condo we stayed in came with 4 passes to the water park.. However we had a family of 7 so we had to divide and conquer as to who went to the water park and who went to the beach. The water park is $14. a ticket if you need to purchase extra. We just couldn't do that every day we were there.
I would go back in a heart beat.

Perfect Paradise
This place was extremely clean!! The location is fantastic. It is super convenient to the sights and sounds Clearwater provides, but Indian Rocks Beach gives you the slower pace to take full advantage of your relaxation. The condo has a balcony that really gives you an amazing view. The 7th floor roof deck that is right outside your front door is the perfect spot to sip on a drink and watch the sunset. The water park is a huge bonus and is super clean!! I would recommend this spot to anyone I can!! This far exceeded our expectations and plan on booking with them again!!! Can't wait to go back!!!

Loved the location of the unit on the property with it being a corner unit with pretty view of the harbor from the balcony and view of the ocean from the nearby patio on the floor.

We greatly appreciated that the home had a pack n play and high chair to use. That definitely helped make our travels a little lighter. We did need to bring our own sheet for the pack n play. The kitchen had basics for cooking. We loved the balcony overlooking the waterway-it had a beautiful view and we enjoyed watching the dolphins and the birds! You also can get an absolutely perfect sunset view from the building’s shared sun deck, which is just a few steps out the door of the home-they even have a table there where we enjoyed a sunset dinner. The wagon, beach chairs, and sand toys were also so nice to have to take on the short 2-block walk to the beach. Also really enjoyed the water park being so close and the free passes! We would absolutely love to stay in this home again for our next stay in Indian Rocks Beach- it’s such a cute, laid-back beach town!

Loved the end unit with a view of the intercoastal and the Gulf. You could see the sunrise and sunset. It was also nice to have the rooftop patio right outside your door. The Splash Park passes were a bonus. Would definitely stay there again.
