Situated in San Francisco, this charming condo for $945 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. San Francisco Short-Term Residential Rental Registration Number STR005294 This private home is ready for you and your family or friends to stay in while you visit San Francisco. More than a rental this is a home. The owners leave some personal items in the house when they leave. At the same time because it is an active home, the kitchen is fully stocked with all the basics food items which you are invited to use. Our pots, pans, silver ware and dinner ware are all top of the line. It would be hard to think of something that is missing from the kitchen. Located in a quite neighborhood on a dead end street that backs up to the Presido this 5 bedroom home will give you all the comforts and amenities that you will need to have a great stay in a great city. This is a non smoking unit. Unfortunately, events and parties other than residents are not allowed. Bedrooms: Bedroom #1, located on the 2nd floor with a King size bed, is ensuite and has a full balcony over looking the park. Bedroom #2, located on the 2nd floor with a queen size bed. Bedroom #3, located on the 2nd floor with a double bed. Bedroom #4 is located on the 3rd floor with a King bed. Bedroom #5 is located on the 3rd floor with a single and a full bed. There is a 2nd bathroom on the 2nd floor. There is a 3rd bathroom on the 3rd floor. Dining Area: In the open concept living area, there is a table that seats 8 people. There is also an island that seats 6. TV: The TV room has a 52" Plasma TV with multiple stations including HBO, SHOW, STARZ, Netflix and ESPN. Pantry: There is a full washer, dryer in the Pantry. Out Door Space: The french doors lead to a large deck over looking the Park. There is a chef's grill for outdoor cooking and seating for 6-8. A Professional Gardener keeps the back yard in beautiful shape with lots of flowers to enjoy. The back yard leads directly to Mountain Lake Park. The Area: We are located in the Inner Richmond just north of Lake Street. This area is considered highly desirable for its family friendly atmosphere, access to green space, multiple children parks and great restaurants. Out the back gate are literally miles and miles of nature trails leading to Chrissy Field, Baker Beach and the Disney Museum. There is even a bowling alley within walking distance.

Beautiful house that can accommodate a large number of guests! If you have a dog this location is AMAZING because right out the back door behind the yard is a dog park so lots of opportunities for playing with other dogs!

Our family enjoyed the home for 4 days as we visited potential colleges. The house is amazing and provided a combination of good gathering spots for meals but enough separation on 3 floors for privacy. It backs up to the Presidio, which made for amazing views and great hikes. Cute coffee shops and restaurants are an easy walk (highly recommend Mandalay, Ashley's coffee, and Beanstock). Neighborhood feels safe with a lot of families. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood, admiring the architecture as well. The host was very responsive and helpful. We highly recommend this property. We will definitely be back.

Really charming home in a good location! Great that it backs up to part of the Presidio parks. Good location for getting around town while remaining in a residential neighborhood. Lots a of great restaurants nearby! Owner communications was excellent!
Parking was very challenging, especially at night. Would suggest getting new dining room chairs and family room couch (pretty uncomfortable). Some ants (which I guess is normal for the time of year) but it wasn't terrible. We had 6 adults and 1 under 2...needed another outdoor garbage can. So...some minor issues, but overall very happy with our stay!

We are in SFO for a conference this time of year almost every year and prefer to get away to a quiet location outside of the city. The property was in a perfect location and easy to get to. Several stores and restaurants to walk to as well. The owners were great to communicate when needed as well.

We had 9 family members staying here for our daughter’s wedding at the Presidio. It was comfortable and close to our wedding venue and other attractions. Thank you Mary for your great hospitality. A great family oriented neighborhood as well.

We stayed here for 5 days in August 2022. The house is exactly as described in the add. The owner was very helpful and responsive. The house had everything you could need and the location next to the Presidio was very nice. The only thing was that the street parking was a little challenging when we came home later in the evening. Overall, I highly recommend.

Perfect location. Quiet neighborhood and convenient to restaurants. We loved the space for our family. Our only issue was ants in the kitchen. We could not leave any food or dishes out as they were everywhere if we did.

The owner was fantastic. She sent a list of attractions, how to get tickets, and nearby grocery stores. The house is well stocked with kitchen essentials, and the bathrooms are stocked with bath essentials and nice towels. There are 2 sets of stairs, so it is not handicap accessible. There is a lovely backyard. The house is very convenient for seeing the city. As stated in the listing, parking is on the street in front of the house. "Brush up" on parallel parking skills! We would rent this again.

Excellent location. Walk to coffee, groceries, parks. The house was very comfortable, stocked with everything you need. The hosts, Mary and Michael were extremely responsive to questions and information about parking etc.

Property is well located and in great neighborhood. Things are easy to get to and good areas for hiking etc. The house itself if very nice - my only suggestion is a new shower curtain for the third floor bathroom as the one that is there not so good. Overall a great place and we would rent again.

We had a very enjoyable 5 days. The location was quiet and very family friendly. The home is spacious and comfortable and the back yard a little oasis in the city. We had a minor problem with ants but the home was cozy and suited the needs of all including a 3 year old. Just a note that the bedrooms are on the 2nd and 3rd floors so hauling heavy suitcases for older persons could be an issue.

The property was perfectly suited for 7 old friends. We had separate bedrooms for private space and a large family room and kitchen for us to gather together. The lcoation was excellent for seeing San Francisco toursit sites. A special treat was the property's back yard opens into the Presidio so you could just walk directly into teh park. Street parking is available for 1 car.

The home is in a beautiful, quiet location, close to hiking, walking, restaurants, etc. The interior is spacious, clean, and relaxing. Our host was extremely helpful. All in all just a great stay, I would highly recommend staying here.

We enjoyed our stay at this home over the Christmas holidays. For our group of 5, it was spacious, nicely decorated and very clean. The kitchen was well stocked and nicely organized. And the location was great, on a quiet dead end street, but close to the sights we wanted to see. I would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

The only recommendation would be to make sure the layout works for your group. The top floor has two bedrooms but the bathroom is in one of them. So that can change the bathroom dynamic for some. The middle floor was perfect for my family with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. You can’t beat the neighborhood!

Three generations of my family, from young teen to 80+ years, enjoyed staying here! Walks in the park right outside the back gate and diverse neighborhood shops just blocks away kept us all entertained without having to drive. It was easy to get here from hwy 101 and the neighbors are great! There are many stairs, but the railings and treads are good. Loved the kitchen, claw foot tub, and ample space for all.

We had extended family stay from all over the country for our daughter's Presidio wedding. Really great location and excellent communication and response from owner. I was allowed to check in early which helped us out immensely. Nice large house with 5 bedrooms and multiple baths. Kitchen is well stocked for meal preparation. Easy nearby shopping and restaurants. Wonderful back decks and garden with gate entrance to Presidio trails. Wonderful gathering for our family! Thank you Mary!
