About this condo rental
Located in Bradenton Beach, this attractive condo for $224 per night is a great choice for your next break. 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom, first story Condo/Studio directly on the beach, freshly painted with New Ductless Mini-Split AC/Heat system. Shaded deck area and large patio to enjoy the best sunsets on Anna Maria Island. Seat in your porch and enjoy Florida's native vegetation that surrounds our property including protected Sea Oates and if you are lucky a turtle nest. Two chase lounges are provided for your sun bathing enjoyment as well as patio furniture for your deck consisting of a table and 4 chairs. Studio/apt. has been updated with all new Stainless Steel kitchen appliances , kitchen cabinets, cooking essentials and a flat screen TV. The unit sleeps up to 6. guests. There is a queen bed in the bedroom which is separated from the family room by a new accordion door where there are 2 sofa beds with comfortable hybrid mattress. There is small 8x20 heated pool on site. A charcoal and a gas grill is available in the BBQ/patio area for your cooking enjoyment. Charcoal and fuel are NOT PROVIDED. A new custom made double SS charcoal BBQ grill has been added for your cooking enjoyment. This unit has LOW CEILING and is not recommended for guests taller than 6'1" -6'2.( VRBO # 552126 is recommended as it has Cathedral Ceiling).This unit has parking for ONLY ONE CAR. WIFI. enabled. Everything you need for a perfect beach vacation!!

We enjoyed our stay in Casa #1. Frank always answered my questions promptly. If your stay while Wille is there consider yourself lucky! The only bad thing I have to say is the mattress is very firm. But there are couches that I could get up and sleep on too that we’re comfortable. We would 100% stay here again.

Ive stayed on a couple of the units at this house. Can’t beat the location for steps on the beach and also restaurants on accessible stores. I’d recommend adding a memory foam topper to pull out couch. It would make a big difference.

Everything was nice except for parking and there was absolutely no lighting on the outside. Going down the walkway beside our room was pitch dark after dark and also around the parking area

We really enjoyed our stay . The location and beach access was perfect. The ceilings in the first floor apartment are very low and the noise level from upstairs can be disturbing . One thing I would like to comment on is the cleaning solution is very strong smelling and continued to smell the entire time . We really enjoyed our stay here .

Access to the beach was fantastic! It is in need of some updates and a thorough cleaning. Photos on website do not accurately reflect the condition of the unit. On a positive note, the unit had everything needed to meet basic needs during our stay.

We stayed in the upstairs unit a few years ago so we already knew the place and location. Great beach access. Wish they had a bigger pool.
Only drawback is he couldn’t tell if this was a available next year until he knew the rates. I understand but I don’t know how long we can wait.

Cable is basic and usually not a care but we arrived when it was 37* on the beach lol. The pictures provided were accurate, the unit was clean and well supplied. Dish soap lacks. Tré was absolutely wonderful to deal with.

We had fun , indeed. The location of the property is the best, just right outside . The bathroom door needs updating . The bathroom sink was clogged but a plumber was sent and fixed it right away, you just have to communicate with the host if you have problem and it’s an easy fix.
Overall we had a good stay in the property and I highly recommend it.

We've used other properties before that did not match up to the photos! We were pleasantly surprised to see that this property was everything it said it was. Right on the beach and close to shopping. We had a blast (we even found shark teeth on the beach)! We'll be back for sure!

Perfect for a couple wanting great beach access, beautiful sunsets, option to cook and have “meals in” during stay… take a short bike ride, or a walk on the beach to decent local restaurants and attractions. Close to public transportation stops too.

The inside of our unit was great but the divider between the main living area and the bedroom was broken and shoved in a corner along with a broken light. The main middle support on the bed frame was also broken when we arrived and the bed collapsed around 3 am. It was fixed the next day while we were out and didn’t cause us any real inconvenience. We noticed it was broken because my son’s ball rolled under it and we got the ball out. My husband assumed it would be ok. There was a used bar of soap in the shower as well. I wish it had a few more kitchen things like a can opener and a bigger frying pan but it was ok. Outside left a bit to be desired. While we loved the patio area there was a lot of old broken chairs, toys and umbrellas. It was a mess when we arrived. Sand toys were scattered everywhere, broken boogie board and other things left by previous guests. I ended up cleaning a bunch up and organizing it. Others staying in the unit were smoking outside which I understand is the best place to smoke but it would blow into out patio door if we tried to leave it open. Also, our screen door was not attached (we attached it) when we arrived. The warm out door shower was awesome!
Overall we were happy. Amazing location. Lots to do nearby. We would stay again.

Dream Stay!
I absolutely loved everything about this home! I could lay in bed with the slider open and listened to the lullaby of the ocean, and I wish I was back there right now. It’s a cozy condi but you cannot beat the location. Literally located on the beach and we saw dolphins on multiple days just steps from the condo. Kids enjoyed finding seashells and we could walk to one or two local restaurants in the evening. We would definitely return.

You can’t get a more perfect location. Steps away from the beach, walking distance to some great restaurants. Perfect size condo for 2 of us. Air conditioner and dehumidifier worked great. Checking in was a little confusing as there were no instructions sent to me. Frank was quick to respond and send them to me. The ceilings were super low. The place looked bigger online. If you are above 6’ tall I would not recommend this unit. I also would not recommend for more than 3 people. There is absolutely zero privacy. The pool was not open when we arrived and they eventually opened it after I asked about it. The location is absolutely great!!! You are literally ON THE BEACH. The beaches are not crowded. There is an outdoor shower to rinse off so it keeps the sand to a minimum. There were plenty of chairs they you could take to the beach along w an umbrella that were left from previous tenants. Being beach towels and extra toilet paper. Also there were no spices at all so if you want salt and pepper and any other seasoning bring it to. I would recommend bringing a fan of you don’t like to be hot as the air conditioner is not great. Overall I would recommend this as it is a great location but not for being super nice. It does need updated and the air conditioner could be improved. Thank you for sharing your place with us.

The location could not have been better. Very close walk to the trolley stop and restaurants and you could step out of your patio across small courtyard and onto THE BEACH. This was amazing beach access. This spot on the beach was never crowded even on Memorial Day weekend. The place itself was just fine especially for two of us. Bed and pull out couch were comfortable. You could easily fit more people on another pull out couch, but it would get a bit crowded if you spent a lot of time there. However, there is so much to do on the island, you don't really need to stay in much except to sleep. Frank was very responsive and answered all of our questions quickly. It would have been nice to know that there are floaties and chairs that others have left under the stairs. However, we understood that the place could not be responsible for them, but it was great to have some that could go to the beach especially for people who fly in from other places and could not bring them with us. The kitchen was nice with just what we needed, and the refrigerator with filtered water and ice in the door was wonderful. Laundry facilities were very close though you have to pay and walk outside to do your laundry which was not a big deal. The pool was tiny but a welcome bonus for after the beach. With the unit we were in on the ground floor, you could hear the people above us. It could be a problem if you had loud folks there. We were woken up a couple of times, but it was not too much of a bother. Would definitely rent this unit again mostly because of the location and access to the beach. If you fly in, I'd definitely recommend not getting rental car and just getting a ride from airport.
You can rent golf carts or catch the free trolley or Monkey Bus for transportation, and there is really limited parking all over the island. Most amazing trip for us! Thanks Frank!
