Nestled in Bradenton Beach, this attractive house for $275 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Note: Bradenton Beach Sewer Improvement project will affect access and parking for this property between February and May, 2024. A reserved parking area is made available just a 3 minute walk away located by 10th Street. Welcome to Angie's Place! A 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom 2nd floor cottage right above Al's Dream. This beautifully renovated cottage is right across the street from the award winning Coquina Beach on Anna Maria Island. Angie's Place has a large sitting area with a TV, DVD Player, and WiFi internet. Enjoy all of the comforts of home in a fully equip kitchen, perfect for afternoon snacks or cooking up your catch of the day! There are two wonderfully comfortable bedrooms with a king sized bed in the master and two twins in the second bedroom. No skimping on linens in Angie's... we supply high tread count, 100% cotton sheets. While towels and linens are provided, enjoy a washer and dryer for your convenience. While the inside of Angie's is about as perfect as a beach cottage can get, the outdoor amenities are the real reason you vacation in Florida! Enjoy a front balcony off of the main living area with a table to enjoy your breakfast while looking at the water. There is also a balcony off the master bedroom, perfect for getting in one more chapter of your vacation read while looking over the pool area. The back yard / pool area is a shared space with Al's Dream, the unit downstairs. We never have any 'sharing" problems, as there are plenty of lounge chairs and seating areas around the pool for everyone to enjoy! Make sure you check out the beautiful photos of this lush tropical oasis! Cottages By The Sea is located on 8th Street, first building in off Gulf Drive. The beach is literally steps away! Another great thing about the location is it is walking distance to Bridge Street, a fun little area with restaurants, bars, shopping, and the Sunday Farmers Market. The free Trolley also has a stop very close by.

Angie’s place is exactly as they advertise it to be. It was in the best location. We were able to walk to the beach and walk to bridge street. Very clean and very comfortable. Welcome bag was a nice touch. Pool was comfortable also but area needed to be cleaned up a bit. And new beach chairs and umbrella are definitely needed. Overall, it was a great house.

This was the perfect getaway for myself and my teenagers. Walked right across the street to the beach which was not heavily crowded. Having a pool for times we wanted to relax without the heat scorching us was the best addition. Sharing the pool was not a problem at all. Our downstairs neighbors for the trip were very kind and peaceful as well. Angie’s place was fantastic!!

We felt that we didn't get our monies worth. There was lot of noise due to construction in the neighborhood. Pool area was really dirty and pool was not heated. While on vacation, we didn't expect to play house keeper during our stay.

Great location with beautiful beaches. Condo is a good size and is clean. Furniture in condo and pool area needs to be updated. Coffee maker broke & management replaced immediately. We had a great vacation.

Cute beach cottage. We stayed in the upstairs unit. Perfect location to walk to Bridge Street where there are restaurants and shopping. Beautiful white sand beach directly across the street from the cottage. It doesn't get any better for a casual beach vibes vacation!

House was wonderful. Clean, great location, awesome setup for 2 families to share upstairs and downstairs. We didn't need a car all week since most places were accessible on foot or by the free trolley that has a stop at the end of the street. There's a nice dock with a bench at the end of the street where we saw a few dolphins swim by! Only downside was that the owner was around more than expected (working on the property and hanging around outside by the pool area).

The location was fantastic. Just a few steps away front the beach and downtown area. There was some construction but not a problem. The pool was great! The beach chairs were old and rusty. Some of the chairs for the beach were broken. No wagon to carry stuff to the beach. No cooler for the beach. We had to purchase a cooler. The ice maker in the kitchen was very slow. I found a pair of earrings in a drawer in the master bedroom so therefore, those drawers were not cleaned! The bath towels were old and no soft. Not enough blankets on the beds. We had to purchase additional blankets for the beds. Too many Knick knacks in the house and too many antiques. For the money, I would rather rent a more updated unit. We found out that the owner lived in the garage out back which we thought was creepy.

Angie's place was very clean and comfortable. The pool was great and kept very clean,also. Easy walking distance to shopping area and the free Anna Maria Trolley stop right and the end of the street. We would definitely stay here again.

Very clean. Cozy furnishings. Owners have put a lot of effort in creating a comfortable space! Great location close to beach and shops. Supplied weeks worth of laundry and dish detergent, which was nice. Would have appreciated salt and pepper 😏
Would recommend having a couple of throws for couch as the evenings got quite cold.

Having never stayed on AMI, I didn't know what to expect. The island, the property and the atmosphere exceeded my expectations! The island was awesome. Beautiful, quiet. The property with the private pool that we shared with our downstairs neighbors was so peaceful. We had awesome neighbors! The area restaurants and bars kept its entertained. All within walking distance or accessible from the FREE trolley. Wonderful experience. Wonderful girls trip. Cannot wait to come back!!!!!!

50th Birthday vacation
Upstairs unit was great. I did not realize it was a shares home. We had an issue with person who cam in a few days later who like to dictate the sound of an iPod that was not loud and wanted us to not be in pool . That was discouraging as you never know who you would be sharing the place with. Other than that issue we had a wonderful trip and place is very nice for everything.

Stay at Angie’s Place
The house is perfect. All the amenities are ready for you. Plenty of beach towels, gas grill. The starter gift bag was very helpful. The saltwater pool was super nice and clean and large enough to share with the other family downstairs. Lots of restaurants within walking distance and Publix is just down the road. We found the location busy and we were not fans of the public beach that is directly across the street. There was a lot of trash on the beach. We opted to drive to Lido Beach which is also a public beach that is well kept. Lido is not that far and we didn’t mind the drive. Overall our stay was great! We would definitely recommend staying there. The rating is a 5 even though we did not like the beach.

I loved having a private pool! The condo was clean, and it's located in the perfect spot. The only issue was the the selection of pots and pans. I would suggest a nice skillet, and a 2 quart size sauce pan, I would rid of all the oversized bowls to make room for more pots and pans.

I can't say enough about the location. It's perfection! The back yard and pool area were lovely to have with the kiddos. Beach and trolly access are steps away, Bridge Street is a short walk, and heading to the mainland for groceries, etc wasn't time consuming. The beach is absolutely gorgeous and we were lucky to experience gorgeous weather and a calm sea for 6/7 days. It's true the kitchen doesn't have much in the way of cookwear, but I took that as a sign not to wear myself out cooking. The upstairs front balcony has ocean views, and room to have breakfast or dinner at the table. Beach chairs, a rolling cooler, and a wagon and plenty of sand toys are available. We had no trouble sharing the pool, but that may be because the adult couple downstairs were avoiding my splashing elementary schoolers. Lol. We would love to come back! A truly great stay for a single parent with kids!

Great location. Short walk to the beach, trolley pick up on the corner, close to Bridge Street. Very comfortable house, large dining table for eating or games, sunny porch to sit out on, BBQ gas grill, .....throughly enjoyed our stay. Would do it again!

House was clean and cute! Pool was nice but was not always practical to share with the tenants below. We stayed for 7 days and there was only two towels and wash rags in each bath not counting beach towels. That is not practical for a week long stay. The love seat recliners did not work.

Mostly all the attractions are in walking distance and the beach is just across the street. I would just suggest to have coffee and toilet paper complimentary. And washing the dishes and all the towels should be part of the cleaning service. I shouldn’t have had to do it as a guest.

This property is in an epic location and very comfortable. It’s very nicely decorated and clean. We loved the ease of going to the beautiful beach ( just a minute from the door) to swimming in the pool. The pool was well maintained and sheltered when there was wind. Sharing this space with the other guests was never a problem. We didn’t take advantage of the free trolley because we had a rental car, but enjoyed an easy walk to many restaurants and shops. I loved drinking my morning coffee on the front upper deck while looking at the ocean. The beds were comfy and we had plenty of towels and beach supplies. I appreciated using the washer and dryer, and was thankful they provided some detergent. We cooked most meals and thought the kitchen could use a new frying pan- but we were totally happy. All the interactions with the property management were terrific. They were very accommodating, helpful, and prompt. We would definitely return here, and recommend to all our family and friends. It was a dream vacation for sure! Thank you for sharing your place with us.
