The staff are very friendly and helpful.
I walked from the station to the hotel although it is just a 15 mins walk. I will not suggest others to do so because there are many steep stairs up and down and definitely not suitable for children or elders. Better take the bus or taxi to the hotel.

Beautiful quiet location, gorgeous garden and view. Very friendly and helpful staff. We used both larger and smaller onsens which were great.

+ onsen incuded
-the guests (at least when i was there) were very loud. At the common area it was almost as a loud chit chat party every night which was disappointing considering that going to hakone , what one looks for is calm. I believe the staff could have managed the vibe .
-have to be fast to book the onsen
