Nestled in New Westminster, this attractive house for $339 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. We have a 4 bedroom duplex in Burnaby. Located close to Highgate Mall, walking distance to several parks, Edmonds Community Center and lots of restaurants. The master bedroom features a queen sized bed, 43inch TV and an ensuite, 2nd bedroom has a full bed, 3rd bedroom a bunk bed for 2 kids, flex room has a double pullout bed and outside covered deck. Main floor has a large living room with couches and sofa bed, fireplace, 55 inch TV with IPTV (thousands of channels, PPV) Netflix etc. The suite also has a large kitchen and a separate dining area for 6 people and an additional kitchen bar table which can seat 4. Full size laundry machines. Max 6 people.

Great location for our needs, transit to other locations nearby. Host was very clear on expectations and a great communicator for any items that came up. Home was well stocked with items we would need during our stay such as kitchen items and basic cooking necessities.

The house was a great base for visiting Vancouver as it's close to the SkyTrain and loads of amenities and only a short drive from the city centre. The 6 of us were quite comfortable in the house as there was lots of room for all of us.

Clean, organized, quiet neighborhood, kitchen has everything a family needs to make meals and drawers are well labeled to keep everything tidy. Hosts care about their property appearance, are kind and responsive. The home has no carpet or drapes, so it smells like nothing. As an allergy sufferer, this is a dream come true. Bed was comfortable for sleeping, and the quiet was beneficial. We’re from the US, so it got a little hot inside but that’s the weather’s fault. They have plenty of fans. Would definitely stay here again and we’re sad to leave.

Very nice house that can accommodate a family. Quiet neighborhood, there is every thing you need in the house. The owner was very nice, he responded quickly to our questions. The kitchen and the bathroom were well equipped. You don’t need to bring anything they got you covered. Just 2 negative points for us : no a/c and the room with the bunk beds doesn’t have a window and the bed in the master bed room could be more comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay. The kids loved the house. We were about a 25-35 minutes drive from many tourist attractions. We recommend this house

Location is nice and quiet neighborhood. Very clean house. Great communications with the host. My husband is very picky, and so glad he like this house during our stay to visit and bond with our BFF who lives nearby. Will strongly recommend this house to all our friends. Thank you Chris.

Chris was very communicative and overall a great host. The location was great, on a relatively quiet street near lots of parks and food. The house was a great size for our family and we especially enjoyed the covered outdoor patio on the wet winter days.

After staying at many VRBOs over the years, Chris and Linda’s place is one of the best stocked kitchen’s we have experienced. Their place is clean and well maintained with new appliances. The whole family especially enjoyed their fast Wi-Fi Internet. The hosts live next door and were super friendly. They even provided daily access to their Telsa EV charger. It was a huge time saver for us to have a fully charged car every morning sitting in the driveway reserved for their guests. The property is located in a quiet family friendly neighborhood with convenient access to major throughfares like the TC1. Groceries, restaurants, and Metrotown is close-by. We look forward to staying here again on our next trip to Vancouver. Thanks again Chris and Linda for your hospitality.

This property is located in a fantastic location where it is located in an area close to a Skytrain station, fantastic places to eat in the area, and close to numerous different places to visit, including Metrotown, local parks with amazing scenic views, and able to easily access the various tourist sites that Vancouver provides! The property itself was very roomy for a larger group and the amenities the host provided met all of our needs. The host was also accommodating, transparent, and easy to communicate with when I had additional questions and inquiries. I would definitely stay there again should the opportunity provide itself.
