There was a private mini kitchen and bathroom in a private twin room, which was super comfortable! It could be nicer if there are some knife and cut board, still you can make coffee/tea or meals whenever you want, which is great. Also host is super nice and his hospitality was always amazing! The location is a bit far, but only 10min walk from the center. Rather closer to market and there is also nice local bread shop.
Greatest cost value in Gyumri! . Highly recommended!
