This was the best service we experienced during our entire trip in Egypt. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful, which made our stay very comfortable. The food at the restaurant was also delicious, and we really enjoyed our meals there. The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Aswan.

The view was exceptional! I had an allergic reaction to cleaning products and staff did their utmost to accommodate me. First, they recleaned the original room. It was better, but not great. They ended up switching me to a room with no bothersome chemicals. I was really grateful for the effort.
Hopefully hotels will get better at realizing how many of us are affected by chemicals. I know I need to get better at communicating about my condition beforehand.

Friendly helpful staff. Large quiet room. The range at breakfast was very good. Evening buffet meal was also good with a wide range. A pleasant quite location though a bit of a climb back from town.
Our room was its missing towels and tea/coffee. The hotel seemed somewhat run down and the grounds were dirty. The shelves in the Shopping centre gift shops, and the items on them were all covered in dust. The fabric covers of the chairs at the outside restaurant were all heavily stained and the cane frames dirty/dusty. There was no drinks/wine menu at the restaurant - just cock/mocktails. The internet went down twice - OK an outside problem, but as it was down at checkout the internet was down so there was no way of paying by card- not even an old paper credit card slip roller machine, or getting cash from their ATM.
