Good overall.

New hotel and great location in Woburn. Everything close by!!

if you are traveling with family, you children must wake up by 8:30, 9:00nish, anything after that your breakfast will feel rushed. The hotel employees are serving the breakfast shows the hotel needs improvement in hospitality. It's almost like they are trying to tell you how much they are unhappy with their job. Breakfast end at 10AM, but if you get there by 9:30 you will feel like you are fighting for the scraps and the leftovers. Don't ask anything or the employees will make sure to make you feel like that, because by 9:50 they are removing the rest of the food and "will tell you without telling you" how much it's not their problem that you woke up last from everyone in the hotel, additionally, if any of the breakfast items are gone, they are gone, must wake up early next day. Very boring too, if you are staying more than 3 days it will feel a distaste for it.

The location and free breakfast

Toilet was wobbly. Staff told us check out was 11am, but looking over my paperwork it was supposed to be noon. The baseboards were very dirty, the bed skirts were very dirty (only noticed when I looked for something that fell on the floor). The shower shampoo, conditioner, and body wash bottles were empty.

We’d return but skip breakfast

Fresh and clean friendly staff

Breakfast was not good, rubber eggs, strange meat, not hot, processed awful fake cheese in the eggs, stale bagels, awful coffee. I called for a luggage cart but no one could bring it to the room.

Beau séjour pour les vacances de Pâques

La chambre est conforme aux images. Notre famille était composée de quatre membres, avec deux enfants âgés de moins de 12 ans. Le personnel est très attentif, sympathique et serviable. Nous avons atteint notre destination en pleine nuit à cause des mauvaises conditions météorologiques et des retards aux frontières. J'ai téléphoné à l'hôtel et ils m'ont assuré que tout était en ordre. À notre arrivée, deux personnes souriantes nous attendaient à la réception. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal. Nous avons visité toutes les attractions de Boston et ses alentours (environ 20 minutes par voiture) et Salem (environ 40 minutes par voiture). La chambre était nettoyée quotidiennement et les serviettes étaient remplacées.

À part le fait que la bouteille de gel de douche était vide et n’a pas été rempli durant notre séjour, rien à dire. C’était mineur pour moi puisque nous avions nos produits

Great spot for a Boston visit

Great hotel to stay a visit to Boston. The commuter train is 7 minutes away by car, and then it’s 25 minutes to North Station in Boston. Very clean, quiet and comfortable

Decent hotel, quick to downtown but budget feel.

This hotel is close enough to downtown Boston to be able to drive in without issue but far enough to not worry about too much busyness. Located in Woburn, there are plenty of restaurants and businesses around to grab a meal or do some quick shopping. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The rooms are decently maintained and quiet.

The area around the hotel has quite a bit of traffic, so it makes things difficult to drive around.

Very nice overall with a few problems.

New renovation, clean and new!

No shampoo in the dispenser in the shower (empty), no blackout shades and light pouring in, cheap hairdryer

Good family stay

There was 3 of us, we had a big room with a pull out sofa. The sofa was comfortable! The stuff was very friendly as well.

we enjoyed our stay

I like that we have a place to sleep for the night and that there are nearby restaurants and also a free breakfast plus the pool was open.

we have to wait and wait before we are able to check in as the girl that was on the desk kept herself busy on the phone.She did let us wait.

Clean, friendly and easy to get to!

The room was clean and quiet.

The only issue was that it was SO quiet that we could hear the flushing of the toilet from the rooms surrounding us. It would be nice to have a fan that you can turn on for some white noise. Not a dealbreaker just a suggestion. The bathroom could use an exhaust fan with a little noise as well. :)

cama maravilhosa. carpete sujo. não há itens de banho no quarto, tem que ficar pedindo e fornecem minúsculas embalagens , uma apenas. nao há limpeza diária do quarto. café da manhã muito fraco. Funcionários nada receptivos , nada fazem para facilitar.

One of the best hotels I've stayed at

Breakfast was tasty, room was clean and comfortable, pool was heated, fitness center was huge, right next to chick fila.

We paid ~$250/night which was a little steep but Boston hotel prices just seemed high in general.

Expensive but satisfied except for a couple of small issues. no big deal.

There was no shampoo in the dispenser - found out after stepping into the shower. The conditioner dispenser was also broken.
