It was perfect for what was needed

I love the way it was set up the hotel room was beautiful and comfortable.

I didn’t like the fact where it’s located made it difficult to travel outside of the parking lot. Also the variety of the menu for room service shoulda been a little bigger.

Other then the pool area being so cold this place Is awesome!

The hotel was modern, comfortable, and the food was delicious!

I didn’t like the fact that the pool area was soo cold! It wasn’t a heated pool so, it makes no sense! I wanted to get in the pool but I couldn’t..

WOKE UP WAY TO EARLY FOR MY LIKING.

POOL & RESTAURANT WERE NICE AND CLEAN, STAFF FRIENDLY.

STAY WAS FINE BUT GOT WOKEN UP ON EASTER MORNING AT LIKE 6:45 AM TO AN ALARM GOING OFF WAKING ALL THE FLOORS UP WHICH WAS ANNOYING SINCE WE STAYED TO RELAX AND SLEEP IN.

Very beautiful place I just wish they would stick to stricter quiet hours

Esthetic, pool, balcony ,decor,elevators, friendly accommodating staff, live entertainment, nice bar and restaurant

Very noisy acoustics . Saturday night it seemed as though they didn’t have quiet hours no one told the people to settle down hanging in Rec room at the bottom of everyone’s balcony rooms, started playing music at 6am all balcony rooms can hear . Pool closes too early and no free breakfast for the price . Rug hadn’t been cleaned had stains I could remove with wash cloth

Would love to go back, but would want to feel we had more privacy

The staff was great, the amenities were beautiful.

We were placed in a conjoined room ( unexpectedly) . Very loud neighbors and didn’t get the greatest sleep because of it, which made it hard to enjoy the night as planned.

Good food at restaurant but expensive

Slipped in pool shower, so did nephew. Heat pump for pool broken the whole time we were there. No accommodation for this huge inconvenience. They lied about having an EV charger on site.

Bathroom pipe broke while we were in Boston for the day. When we returned we were told we had to switch rooms. That is not the issue. Things happen and you need to just deal with it. The issue was that there were no apologies given from the management team. Hotel played the victim with no acknowledgement of the inconvenience that it created for our family. We will never stat at this hotel again.

Breakfast was very good, service was VERY GOOD. Gentleman who seated us was so kind and welcoming.

Our room wasn't cleaned bed not made. Not sure if we were supposed to ask for service.

The room was comfortable, agent Laura was great and the food at Matadora was delicious..

Front desk agent Laura was great, very helpful and polite.. Beside her the other agent and the security guard were not to polite nor helpful. Per your security guard (which was at the front desk answering questions that belong to the front desk agent), he said that after Covid Hilton does not give water on a daily basis. I asked for a bottle of water to brew my coffee and he told me I had to purchase one. I Hilton is not going to provide the service or the perks even though Covid is done, they should lower their rates accordantly to the new service.

I did not like the fact that in order for your room to be service you need to stay at least 5 days. For been a 5-star hotel, if you don't want to do the beds, at least come by every day to provide towels, coffee, water, shampoo, etc as it was before Covid. As a customer, I should not have to be calling the front desk every time I need the essential. For example, I'm staying 4 days and you only provide me with 2 cups for coffee, Hilton should automatically should either provide me cups for the long of my stay, or bring me 2 cups daily instead of me having to call to request. I had 2 not very pleasant experiences with one of your employees and with the security guard. One with the bottled water and the other requesting coffee cups.

The pool was closed too early and the bar and restaurant was not available till 4Pm. we had to walk all over the area for food, and there was not much.

Overall a very comfortable stay.

Location was good, the staff was super friendly, and the rooms were clean and of great comfort.

There wasn’t anything I had a problem with. I did stay only for 1 night and everything I needed and was looking for was provided.

The restaurant was very good and convenient!! The room was so cozy and the beds and pillows were outstanding! we will 100% be using this hotel again!
