Nestled in Rome, this charming condo for $411 per night is a great option for your next vacation. The apartment consists of 3 double bedrooms with bathroom en suite and another full bathroom outside the bedrooms with bath tube . It is 1750 square feet with 4 bathrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, 3 balcony (2 on the main street ). Available a terrace for the exclusive use of the customers, NOT on the same floor of the apartment, to eat outside on the rooftops of Rome and with a nice sightseeing on the Vatican area and Monte Mario Astronomical Observatory. The guest can enjoy the terrace for a relaxing sunbathing while waiting for the next visit to the tourist site or drinking a glass of wine while enjoying a nice view of Rome . The apartment is at the first floor of a building from the early 1900s (many architectonic elements of the property are original from the early 1900s). The apartment is located in one of the main street of the Vatican area and is just in front of one of the best and famous indoor Market in Rome, just few blocks from Vatican Museum and 5 minutes from the Subway. Each room is supply with air-conditioning and linen and in every bathrooms there is , hairdryer, towels , shampoo and shower gel. The kitchen is fully equipped and come up with all the spices, oil, vinegar, sugar, coffee and much more. We can provide Rome Tourist Guide , Private Taxi , Personal Chef/in home restaurant. Our family of six (ages 18, 16, 14 & 12) stayed here during Thanksgiving 2023. Everyone loved the apartment! I picked this property because of the number of rooms and the 3 *beautiful* en-suite bathrooms. When we arrived, it was even better than the pictures. The light coming into the apartment is beautiful, as it is south-facing. The kitchen is stocked. The neighborhood is mostly locals/few tourists, convenient to bus & metro, pleasant, walkable, safe. There are several terrific restaurants and cafés just steps from the apartment, and a supermarket about a block away. The apartment is on the first floor (one floor above ground.) There is an elevator, old style and tiny, but does the job! Francesca was very responsive and great to work with. I would recommend this property to all of my friends and family.

This property was perfect for our group of 2 couples and easily would’ve accommodated 3 couples. There is a bakery just downstairs, and several restaurants as well. There is an amazing market across the street with fresh meats, fruits, cheeses, etc. The walk to the Vatican is a quick three-ish blocks. We took taxis to other parts of the city. The rooftop is spacious and has a grill/kitchen if you wanted to cook at home. Rent this property!

This is a beautiful house with a great location and great owner that is always available. We had a family of 6 that stayed at the home and it was perfect. The only concerns were that 1 of the showers was not operational and the front door lock is a bit tricky.

Excellent location just outside tourist area near Vatican! Huge market across the street, many restaurants and bars near by! Huge apartment, clean, really excellent! Hosts were awesome, private chef rocked our dinner one night! Highly recommend if you’re going to see the sites of Rome, walked to Vatican and colosseum areas!

The family of 4 adults and 2 teenage girls enjoyed our stay at the Vatican Roof Garden. Lots of space with the 3 bedrooms and washrooms. Close to the Vatican and restaurants. Easy walking to sights. No hesitation in recommending this unit.

Beautiful home. The home has enough space if people wanted to be together or have some quiet time. My adult family of 6 had a wonderful time. Location was perfect. Close to a market and many wonderful restaurants. Our host Francesca was available for any needs. Truly a lovely host and home!

Very nice apartment close to the Vatican. There is an elevator for anyone with mobility issues. I wouldn’t recommend for more than two couples at a time as there is only one small couch (for 2) in the living area. We had to use dining table chairs which were not very comfortable. There is an amazing market right across the street with fresh meats, fruits and vegetables. Overall a good stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed pur stay. The rental was in walking distance of the Vatican, shops and so many restaurants.
The home itself was extremely spacious and well prepared for all travelers! We will return 😊!

Beautiful home and great location and host!
I traveled to Italy with my older parents and children for the first time. The apartment has everything we needed and Francesca had stocked it with a few treats. There is a lot of space, a great kitchen, and beautiful decor. 4 bathrooms really helped. The location is just a 10-minute walk to the Vatican museums. Great restaurants and gelato within 1-2 blocks. The open market across the street made shopping super fun. There is a also a lift which really helped my parents with some mobility challenges.

We loved this place! Our apartment and the roof garden were wonderful. The decor is beautiful, and the location is great. We had the personal chef, Daniele, prepare a meal for us that was just amazing. Francesca was very easy to communicate with. We loved coming home after a day of sightseeing around Rome.

Best vacation stay EVER!
Accommodations were beautiful, clean, and awesome. We felt very safe in this part of Italy staying near the Vatican. A special thank you to Franchesca for all her help and also in the planning of our stay. We highly recommend staying here. It truly made our vacation the best trip ever.

Beautiful contemporary apartment in Roma!
This three bedroom apartment has plenty of room for 6 adult guests. The neighborhood is more local and is quiet in the evening as it is on the west side of the Tiber River. It has an incredible market (Mercanto Trionfale) across the street where you can buy fresh fruit, cheese, meats and local products. The apartment had everything you need to include three private baths. Grazie Mille!

Rome Family Vacation 2019
We stayed at the Vatican Roof Top Garden with 6 family members for four nights - and we didn't want to leave. The area was so convenient to everything, a market right across the street with anything you could possible desire, meats, cheese, fruits, nuts, olives and baked goods . Easy walking distance to the Vatican. The roof top garden itself was beautiful. The accommodations were comfortable and new, 3 bedrooms all with attached bathrooms plus a another full bathroom - washer dryer combo (plan 2-3 hours for a small load but grateful to have it). Air conditioned, hair dryers, complete full kitchen, dinning room. Our host Francesca and her husband Daniele are always available and just so helpful - we did book a chef for a night of cooking with Chef Cristina (such a fun person and her food was delish!)and it was amazing experience- you must do it if you rent this VRBO - check out their new Facebook page "The Vatican Room Garden" to see pictures of our night. Only thing we missed was another couch for having 6 people hang out together in the family room area when we had down time as a family at night. But with the dinning room so close to this room it worked out great to be together. When we go back we have decided we are booking this beautiful home again. You will not be disappointed - Thank you Francesca and Daniele -

Wonderful!
For us, this was the perfect location to stay, walkable to many sites. We had everything at our fingertips including restaurants, cafes, gelato, and our favorite: Trionfale market right across the street! The flat is exactly as pictured and expected and we had a wonderful weekend. Thank you Francesca—she’s a great host and was available to answer all of our questions!

Home away from Home
Our stay at the Vatican Roof Garden was our home away from home. It had all the amenities just like home and the apartment was spotless. We were 3 couples travelling together through Italy and this was our favorite place to stay. I would recommend this place as a 5 star to everyone.

Great apartment!
We stayed in Francesca's beautiful apartment with two other couples and it was great. Conveniently located close to the Vatican and the Cipro metro stop. Nicely decorated with great amenities. Francesca was very responsive and proactively checked in with us multiple times during our stay. I'd highly recommend this apartment.

Exceptional Apartment with Great Location
The pictures on the website are accurate - this place is absolutely lovely and updated perfectly. We stayed with our family of four for six days. The location is great - at first, when we were looking, we were wondering if it would have been better to stay closer to city center but we are SO glad we stayed here. Great local market right across the street, everything is a quick cab ride away (we never took the metro/subway) and we feel like we had better access to authentic local restaurants. Everything about this place is beautiful and it was an oasis during our 100+ degree stay. We loved staying in as much as we loved going out and seeing all of the wonderful sites. The rooftop terrace is lovely and we enjoyed the view briefly on one of the cooler nights. It would be magical during a cooler season. We will always have fond memories of our stay.
