The location was brilliant. The room was spacious and comfortable with a modern bathroom. It had everything we could need for a family of 4. The breakfast was amazing! A lot of care was taken to ensure a delicious meal.
The only part that we didn’t like was that we wanted to stay just a few hours extra on our check out day and there was no option for late checkout even when we offered to pay, so instead we had to pay for an additional night. We didn’t see any other guests staying so could not understand why we were unable to have a late checkout just for 2 hours. Everything else was great

Location is great. Staff accommodating. Lovely breakfast location with views.
Management might consider opening up breakfast time earlier than 7 am to accommodate travelers who have earlier train departures.

The location was good and the view of the stream and archaeological site were fantastic.
The staff at reception was unfriendly and cold, did not offer any advice, did not help with anything and I doubt they have the proper training in the hospitality business. After 3 nights, they would not even let me check out an hour late citing a few excuses, but when I offered to pay they readily took the money fast, but were knocking on my door asking me to leave even before the extra time was up! I felt very unwelcome at that place. They did not even clean up, change towels or replace toilet paper rolls in the 3 nights I was there!
