Lovely hotel. However, we did not get the rooms that we booked. We booked a Family room with a balcony and views, and a Superior Triple Room. When we arrived, there were apparently no more Family Rooms with balconies available, so our rooms were switched. Our kids in the Superior Triple Room got the balcony and views, while we did not. They need a better booking system.

We stayed there for one night and we're impressed by the professionalism of the staff. The staff was very accommodating about special request made to them. The hotel is located few steps from the main attractions in the city including train station.

Heater was provided on request. Although the description said river view, from our room balcony we
Could only hear the water flow. The river itself was not visible.
