Excellent location, courteous staff, value for money. Great massage option that partners with the hotel.
I don’t have anything that I would change. I wish someone could help with luggage since cars cannot reach the hotel entrance.

Picaflor was a great find. It's a small, clean and comfortable guest house located in the old town steps away from the entrance to Pinkuylluna ruins. Everything was withing easy walking distance but in a quiet area as well. Arnold who worked there was very kind and helpful and cooked us a small breakfast every day. On the day we needed to leave early to catch the train he provided a to go bag with food and drink. The rooms are modest but clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again! It was cold at night, and the beds were very warm!
We liked everything. It would have been nice to have a larger area to dump our clothing to avoid putting bags on the bed, but it certainly wasn't a big deal.

The localisation was ideal and the guesthouse has a lot of charm. The staff was very kind.
The disrepair of the bathroom and the fact that the water of our shower became cold in the middle of it.
