The room was lovely with a good air conditioning. The staff was lovely and helpful.
You have to pay for leaving your luggage at the hotel, which was a first for us. And the rate is very expensive, we paid nearly 14 € for 2 large suitcases for 3 hours. So we rushed back from our sightseeing to be there in time so we don‘t have to pay an additional fee. This wasn‘t a relaxing start of our holiday.

Very comfortable bed and pillows, very quiet and nice decorated room.
The rooftop bar was excellent, amazing view of Vienna, nice cocktails and vibe, friendly staff and unforgettable sunsets 😍
Close to U1 underground line which leads directly to city center. Just 2 mins far away Vienna central station, several direct train options to the airport (15-20mins).
The cleaning of the room could have been better. Only vegetarian options for breakfast, the pastries were dry and the food overall was tasteless.

Luggage storage via paid lockers annoying and expensive just hold them like every other hotel globally does.

Clean, comfortable and Its location was excellent, with easy access to public transportation. The reception staff were friendly, professional, and provided excellent service
