The hotel is reasonably close to the airport and a reasonable deal for a short stay close to the airport. Joe on the bar was lovely and working extra hard as he was doubling up as the chef for the evening. Appreciated the complementary tea and coffee in reception.
A shuttle would have been great as we spent approx $35 getting to and from the airport.

We ordered Uber Eats, they forgot an order, we went to down after the kitchen closed and the kitchen made a special order to we did not go without dinner. the Bartender on Saturday night was exceptional and so accommodating to help us. The entire hotel staff was helpful and friendly.

Clean and updated
Staff was not friendly at all. We came in after midnight and when we checked in and went back for our bags. have easily pushed the button to open the door, but made us use our key card.

Además se me olvidó la gorra de mi hijo en un armario y nos la guardaron hasta que volvimos a recogerla una semana después. Gracias

The room was great and the young lady on duty on a late Saturday night was cheerful and helpful.
The toilet placement behind the bathroom door is a bit awkward.

Very modern, clean. Staff at font desk was very friendly.
Breakfast was very good. (For a cost)
Our flight was cancelled and needed a late check out. Was going to cost $80 for 3 additional hours. (That was maximum time we could have it for)
So instead we sat in the Lobby.
No airport shuttle.

Our room was clean, the pool was clean and the area wasn't too bad and restaurants nearby were good.

toiletries were great.
I got charged twice for my stay and it has been a hassle for them to fix the issue. I’ve had to call multiple times and they always say I’ll receive my money in 24hrs and I still haven’t.

Beds were super comfortable and the pool area was nice! The wifi service was superb.
The microwave was flinsy. The room had a mini chiller (not a mini refrigerator), and all the ice machines on every floor were quirky. Somehow, the sensor detected cups, but not the ice bucket.

minor room for improvement but I didn’t like the shower pressure. when I first arrived, the shower did not have any pressure and I had to have the maintenance person come into the room to fix the issue. once fixed, the pressure is really high and I cannot adjust.
