Very clean inside and out! Free breakfast was great! Close to downtown Boston!
They seriously need a new housekeeping manager. We were supposed to have our room cleaned every second day during our stay and by the third day we still had not had our garbages emptied or more toilet paper supplied or fresh towels replenished. On the third evening around dinner time, housekeeping was working on our floor and I put a pile of garbage out in the hallway and woke up and it was still there. There’s no way that they didn’t see it. When I politely mentioned to the front desk that our room had not been cleaned and it was now our fourth day staying at the hotel, they did not seem to care at all. I had to ask for them to make sure that the basics were done in our room. For the price that we paid for five nights the very least we should have is light housekeeping.
