Staff was very helpful and the hotel was clean
The location was not close enough to do much so using Uber to get to things became an added expense we were not expecting.

I like that it was comfortable to sleep and across the street from train station
I didn’t appreciate how unwelcoming and rude the staff were at the front desk. The $150 fee should have also been something you disclose to people in the emails or online prior to showing up for checkin. That was something that caught me off guard and limited my spending. Also, that we told them about needing the shuttle for the airport and were not notified that it had arrived, only to miss it while sitting in the lobby and wait to take a later one to the airport.

Clean and comfortable.
Asked for feather free room due to allergies. Had to request new pillows on arrival. Supposed to get cookies on arrival. They post signs everywhere. It didn’t happen. One Small bar of soap for the bathroom sink. None for the shower. No attention to detail. Had nachos and wine in the restaurant but nachos were skimpy on cheese and not hot.
