The staff was terrific. The chocolate chip cookies that they gave to the guests at check-in were very tasty! The shuttles to and from the airport worked perfectly. The room was perfect; clean, comfy, and spacious. The hotel is a little far from the center of Boston, but I enjoyed getting to know the city through the bus, train, and subway. The staff was very good at giving directions. The cost of the room reflects the location. It was, however, near the airport, which was exactly what I needed.

I liked that the front desk offered to book our taxi for an early morning flight (before the hotel shuttle) and said it would be covered. I also liked how close it was to the airport - very convenient.
I did not like that at 4am when the taxi driver dropped us off at the airport he said the fare had not been covered by the hotel and we would have to pay. I am still waiting for a reply from the hotel to remedy this.
