We were upgraded to a bigger room without additional charge.
We booked the economy and was told the room will be quite small.
The room is very clean, quiet and the location very closed (10 min walk) to the central train station Termini
Nothing.

Staff were excellent specially Maria, they are very accomodating, respecfull and very happy to chat with. We were even provided a bigger room at no cost to us. Location is close to everything, Roma Termini is just 2 minutes away.

The bed and the security measures; check in and check out is quick and easy.
Shower - door keep falling off and it is a bit too small.

Staff were very helpful, after I walked out of the Overseas Guesthouse accomodation following the flooding of my room and water damage to my passport. Will Booking.com compensate me for the replacement of the passport?
Hotel Hollywood was comfortable, its air conditioner worked properly. Very well located only 5 minute walk from Roma Termini station
The shower’s protective plastic thing for when you shower was broken. It had a very old fashioned creaky lift

"Very comfortable room - clean, quiet, felt safe, and excellent location near the train station. I did some day trip out of Rome, so being a few blocks from the station was excellent."
