The room was clean and comfortable but it didn’t have a kettle for hot drinks. The location is a walk from the beach but doable in 15 minutes and is no far from restaurants, these are more expensive than in Helsigor just 6 Km away.
The breakfast didn’t have fresh coffee but instant and there wasn't the choice offered by hotels of the same category, only one type of yoghurt, tiny amount of fresh fruit and not seeds / nuts for cereals . I felt that for the hotel category the room should have had a hot drink facility too.
The prices of the restaurant are really high too but can’t comment on the quality as we didn’t eat there. We went to Helsigor instead where there is much better choice of restaurants.

The location was very pretty.
The place was full of steps, everywhere we went. We had in our group of six three disabled members. Especially difficult was the fact the washroom, in each of the rooms, required a step down into.
Additionally the room was a very tight fit, no room to maneuver.
We asked for a kettle for the room. Were answered positively, but none appeared. Upon questioning we were told kettles had been ordered and would arrive the following week.
The front desk was not manned most of the time - no one to talk to.
Breakfast was supposed to be served from 7:30, but upon arrival it wasn’t ready for another twenty minutes.
These are just examples of the dissonance between the very high price to what was actually gotten.
