The location, huge free parking space and amenities are superb. The view from our room was totally amazing. We literally got what we paid for.

Tout... Hôtel moderne, très bien situé à proximité immédiate de la vieille ville de Riquewihr. Personnel très aimable et efficace. Chambre et salle de bain très bien équipées et tout confort (y compris pour la connectique des smartphones et tablettes). Grand garage souterrain facile d'accès et avec des places larges. Très bon petit déjeuner et varié. Prix globalement raisonnable.
Juste pour dire quelque chose: pas d'offre de bacon grillé avec les oeufs brouillés au petit déjeuner, juste des saucisses.

Superbe emplacement par rapport non seulement à Riquewihr mais aussi par rapport à l'ensemble de la route
des vins.
Buffet déjeuner varié et très frais.
Notre chambre ( 301 ) très spacieuse et bien agencée.
Seul éventuel souci, les escaliers. Peut-être préciser pour des personnes plus âgées ou avec animal de compagnie.
Franchement, vraiment très agréablement surpris et à recommander.

La posizione è ottima, si raggiunge il centro facilmente a piedi in pochi minuti. La Spa è molto confortevole e perfetta soprattutto nelle giornate di pioggia, come quella che abbiamo incontrato noi, per dedicarsi del tempo per sé, con una sauna ed una tisana calda.
La colazione ha un costo un pò elevato per i miei standard, 18 Euro a persona, per tale motivo abbiamo preferito farla fuori.

Y compris la célérité et l'efficacité des collaborateurs dans la recherche et la découverte d'une montre, malencontreusement oubliée dans la chambre au moment du départ.

L’hôtel est magnifique, l’espace SPA est juste magique ! Très bien situé, chambre bien insonorisées, literie confortable. Rien à redire tout était parfait. Un immense merci à vous !

Sehr schön gelegen, nur wenige Meter von der Altstadt entfernt. Gut geführtes Hotel mit vielen Wellnessmöglichkeiten, Pool- Saunabereich in perfektem Zustand und picobello sauber. Anwendungen können dazu gebucht werden. Toll für ein Wochenende mit der Familie (auch mit Hund, keine Extrakosten!) oder zu zweit.
Das Frühstücksbuffet ist zwar sehr umfangreich, doch Selbstverständlichkeiten wie Scheibenkäse und frisches Gemüse fehlen leider. Der Kaffee aus dem Automaten ist leider nicht gut, ausgerechnet in Frankreich!

Idéalement située, super propre, personnel très sympathique, petit déjeuner mega copieux et très diversifié, chambre confortable et très propre avec tout le nécessaire.
L’ascenseur est un peu stressant il devrait être révisé un de ces quatre. un jacuzzi en plus de la piscine serai sympas pour quand il y a plus de monde.

Beautiful and quiet location, elevator, very good food - rich breakfasts and dinners, friendly staff, Alsatian wines on offer. Large room overlooking the vineyards. Bidet in the bathroom. Separate toilet outside the bathroom. Several parking options - right next to the hotel and across the road behind the hotel barrier.

Even though we were checked out, the staff allowed the kids to swim. We really appreciated that!
Policy states, you cannot request a late check out. That was the first I have ever been told that.. No showers in the swim/spa area. However, as stated above, they did allow us to use the pool post check out. Luckily for us, the kids are able to swim without adults in the water as there are no showers in the pool/sauna area.
