The room was a decent size and comfortable. The swimming pool was lovely.
Without exception, the staff were not friendly. We didn't feel welcomed in any department of the hotel. Not at check in, the housekeeping staff never acknowledged us and the breakfast staff were not friendly. For that reason we would think twice about staying there in the future.

The hotel was right in the heart of Riquewihr, a stunning medieval town in the heart of Alsace-Lorraine. We arrived after a long drive and were able to enjoy an afternoon by the quiet swimming pool. The number of restaurants serving beautiful local food was hug and we had one of the best at Le Grappe d'Or.
The room was small really for three of us.
