The property was really nice , had really comfy beds and nice staff you
Very close to the venue - Grugahalle so that was nice and it was easy to find
The fridge needed to be colder and slightly bigger

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location is absolutely perfect if you are attending an event at the Grugahalle, as it is just a short walk away. It made my trip so much more convenient and stress-free.
My room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly and efficient, ensuring I felt welcomed from the moment I arrived.
I would definitely stay here again for my next visit to Essen. Highly recommended!

My husband, my son, and I were very warmly welcomed and well attended to by the reception, and from this friendly service, we could already tell it would be a great experience. The entire hotel is clean, organized, and quiet. It was wonderful, and I highly recommend it.
