We had a great stay! The staff were very friendly and helpful, the location was excellent, and everything was clean and well maintained. The pool was also fantastic and made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

The grounds of the complex - lovely trees, mountain views and nice well kept grounds. Impressive buildings and nice restaurant.
Access to beach. Although only a few hundred meters for the property - as they advertised - there was no direct access and you had to walk around houses to actually get to the beach.

The whole place is lovely, with a nice swimming pool and a restaurant. It has an old Sicilian style that gives a nice bucolic vibe.
The bathroom was simply disappointing. The shower was full of damp and mould, which was quite unpleasant and, frankly, disgusting. The shower gel and soap dispensers were also detached from the wall. Overall, the bathroom looked very old, neglected and clearly had not received any proper maintenance for some time.
When I raised my concerns, I was told that the hotel had been fully booked throughout the summer and therefore had not had the time to carry out any maintenance work. However, no apology was offered at all.
This is not the condition I would expect a bathroom to be in, particularly when paying a significant amount for a single night’s stay. The fact that the hotel had been fully booked and had not had an opportunity to carry out maintenance is not my problem and I expect to receive the standard and value that I have paid for.
If there is no time to maintain a room, then it should not be sold until the necessar maintenance has been carried out. I should not be expected to accept neglected and poorly maintained facilities simply because the hotel has been busy.
