Location and staff.
It is not a 5 stars but I guess expected for the price. Just thought it would have been more than a 3 stars one. It is an old hotel with noise coming from the WC every time you flush, the heater etc..A 5 starts (or even 4) do not serve you mayonnaise or ketchup in little plastic bags with your meals like in a Mc Donald, the pillows should be better etc...but the staff is nice so is the location and the place itself, in a art deco style has a certain old "caché" Must have been a nice hotel 50-70 years ago. You get what you pay for and I guess it is decent for what they charge but don t expect too much.
