The location has the bay on one side and Mediterranean on the other with a fantastic view of both. So easy catching the public bus to Cartegena for the day. Staff are friendly, rooms are clean and spacious. We had the full board so didn't need to spend on food unless we went out.

Proximity to beach, nice big room and bathroom, good size balcony, very good outdoor area and pool.
The limited hours of the spa closing early on Sunday and all day Monday if you only are there for a long weekend you get not benefit of it.

Love the view from the room . Great location .
Very clean in every area of the hotel.
Food wasn’t consistently good. Low standard food in some instances and fruit was constantly under ripe .
Thought the fact we had to pay for soft drinks and water when we were media pension was a little disappointing.
Paying for water with meals
Not enough parasols around the pool and shade was difficult to find.
More choice of main course food
