El hotel está muy bien. El edificio principal es precioso y el ambiente también. Han puesto varios edificios anexos que multiplican la capacidad hotelera que, obviamente, no es lo mismo que estar en el edificio original del hotel, pero si lo sabes, no hay problema. El sitio es precioso.
Lo que no nos gustó se debe al desajuste entre la publicidad de la habitación en la plataforma Booking, ponía que la habitación tenía vistas a la piscina, y la realidad. Estábamos alojados en unos anexos a la izquierda de la piscina (no en el edificio señorial del hotel) con vistas a otro anexo igual al que estábamos. Además, creemos que hubo otro error en la plataforma porque elegimos la opción con desayuno incluido y en el hotel nos dijeron que, si querías incluir desayuno, había que pagarlo aparte. El trato del empleado que nos atendió fue poco empático, a diferencia del de una empleada que nos atendió después. Por el trato del empleado hemos puesto carita sin mostrar alegría en el personal. Ni un solo detalle que compensara la insatisfacción que nos produjeron ambos inconvenientes; pero si dejamos eso aparte, el hotel está muy bien, igual que la habitación en la que estuvimos. Fue un tema de discrepancia por las expectativas que mostraban las fotos, el nombre del concepto de habitación y la realidad.

The location is incredible — immersed in nature with a clean pool facing the mountains and the sea in the distance. The room was spacious with comfortable beds. The staff, in particular the restaurant team, were friendly and attentive. Nice breakfast.
We booked a “Suite with Mountain View” but received a room with a terrace facing only the garden. When I raised this, I was told the mountains were “behind the garden,” though in practice there was no real view. I didn’t insist further, as I understood the property was fully booked and I preferred to enjoy Begur. Still, it was disappointing, as the scenery was one of the main reasons for choosing this hotel for my mother who was visiting the region. I kindly suggest renaming the room category to avoid misleading future guests, and offering a more understanding response when such concerns are raised.

Discreet location. Overseeing the area are very private rooms with various facilities including spa baths. Buffet was ok for breakfast
Despite nothing to do around there other than lounge around, the swimming pool would be nice if heated. As the spa is also available for non-guests at a price it would’ve been nice if the spa was also included as part of our stay as the prices are ok but the limitation is 90 mins.
The coffee at breakfast was weird as the machine was giving too much milk for some of the coffee.
