Located right in the heart of the city and close to some of the best beaches in the area. Everything was clean. Very good breakfast. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Directions for parking and checkin were clear.
Mattress for me was very hard. A little bit of miscommunication about a sign in the lobby about rooftop yoga (we thought it was an included benefit, it was 10 euros/person which we found out after we signed up, we still would have gone but would have been better to know before signing up and specifically that we had to pay cash). Overall price is quite high for value.

Fantastic location on the edge of the old town, so could easily walk to restaurants and bars. Beaches easily accessible by bus. The rooms were a good size, lovely pool area (pool is small but it is in a town so expected). Roof top bar with great views. Hotel reception smelt lovely!
Difficult to get drinks at the pool. Only one person on reception who has to do everything so a long wait during the day, even for water. The rooftop bar is only open from 7pm to 11pm. Once this is open there is no way to get a drink apart from going up to the bar. It is lovely to sit by the pool, would be sensible to have a service there if only for beer, wine and soft drinks. Rooms - very little storage. One hanging area with 6 hangers between 2 people. No cupboards or drawers so had to have suitcases open all the time. Only one mirror, and that is in the bathroom, which as it had no extractor fan got very fogged up. Could really do with one more mirror in the bedroom. There is a mini bar in the room which is empty, yet you are not allowed to bring in your own drinks - maybe this could be used to put your underwear in! When we approached the manager about these things he was v unhelpful. He told us it was 'minimalist' decor, he only has 6 hangers at home, and as we are on holiday we shouldn't be spending time in front of the mirror. Oh - and we have to learn to be patient when waiting for drinks! Hmm. He did apologise the next day and gave us a bottle of wine, but still didn't accept what we were saying. We were not the only ones who had these issues.
