El personal de recepción magnífico! especial mención a Sara que nos atendió de maravilla!! el personal de comedor también maravilloso, el buffet estaba bastante bien, quizá añadiría un poco más de variedad sobre todo en carnes y muy importante Zumos!, pero estaba todo muy bien. las habitaciones monísimas! en algún tramo hay q mantener los vinilos en buen estado pero todo bastante bien, el parque acuático de las piscinas increíble tmb! en general una estancia muy bonita y agradable para repetir en familia! hasta los abuelos que vinieron con nosotros les encantó! y nuestras hijas disfrutaron de lo lindo!
Únicamente los cojines jajaja enserio, los cojines de la cama son muy bajos y blandos como si no hubiera cojin y no habían más de repuesto, solo los cojines por favor mejorar eso, todo lo demás increíble

Tiene una temática muy bonita para los pequeños y el personal muy agradable !
Que hay que estar haciendo reservas para todo aún pagando el todo incluido…
Incluso para las piscinas dentro del hotel… y que entre las habitaciones se escucha todo

Todo. Cercanía a la playa, diseño de las habitaciones, personal, buffet, bebidas incluidas, piscinas y toboganes, etc.
Tiempo de espera en la recepción muy largo.
La ludoteca es solo para niños mayores de 3 años, antes de reservar las vacaciones en en ningún sitio lo ponía, al llegar allí había un cartel en la puerta de la ludoteca (la cual tenía muy muy buena pinta).
