El hotel es muy bonito y muy agradable la estancia.
La zona de piscina exterior de pontiana esta muy deteriorada,es una pena porque es muy bonito pero se ve que tiene 0 mantenimiento y de 6 jacuzis que hay en la parte superior solo funciona uno

No está acabado. Está remodelado en parte.
El personal se esfuerza mucho por hacerlo bien pero están muy desorganizados.
La playa más cercana está llena de piedras y algas.
La sensación es de abandono.
Las habitaciones están bien, pero el resto de las instalaciones están viejas y en curso de remodelación.
Se oyen las obras a todas horas.
