The hotel is 5 min walk to the nearest Metro station, there are lots of coffee shops, restaurants and supermarkets, the view from the balcony on 7th floor was awesome - we could see the top of Sagrada Familia, the St. Pau church and the new oval office building. The bathroom is very big, there is an additional cloak room with a wardrobe and extra bedding. There are 2 lifts in the building. The reception is open 24 hrs and the staff (different during the 24 hr window) were really nice, friendly and helpful. I highly recommend the room on 7th floor with balcony.
A small fridge would have been very helpful since it was 30'C+ outside and whatever you buy from the store gets warm already on the way to the hotel. An additional mirror in the room or cloakroom would be nice, as there is only 1 in the bathroom, which makes the bathroom unusuable if the other person is getting ready, doing make up etc. Additional power sockets would be great (there are only 2 in the room) since most people now travel with more devices to charge (i.e. watch, headphones, tablets, portable coffee machines etc.)

Nice balcony to sit on in the evening having a decompression.
Good bathing and bathroom facilities.
Multiple reception staff were perfectly amiable with decent command of English
Only two blocks away from Metro.
Room cramped
Room on seventh floor with lift only to sixth floor, then narrow stairs.
Multiple reception staff became confusing...
Large noisy equipment outside the balcony.
Each of the bathroom units, sink, bidet, bath had non-functioning stoppers meaning that water could not be held in unit?!?
