Average , for the experience it should be a lot cheaper

The staff were very friendly. There is a room you can go in if you want peace and quiet. A little pond you can and have a look at outside. Rooms were big enough and shower pressure was good. Near enough to the centre as well. Short drive to the night market for example

The pool was not clean, looked more like a pond with lots of dead leaves. Didn't see any one swimming in it and we certainly wouldn't swim in it. Breakfast wasn't great. Flies absolutely everywhere. Just didn't feel clean. Lots of food not covered. I understand you can't necessarily control the flies but at least cover the food up.

nice big room and private courtyard, nice breakfast

had to catch a taxi or tuk tuk to leave the hotel. as not many shops around at all. laundry was way overpriced compared to getting it done just down the street. lots of mosquitoes

Nice hotel obviously affected by COVID

The staff was nice and the bed was comfortable. The dinner food at the restaurant was good but expensive.

Our room had a strong smell of mildew, it was very dusty and the coffee cups and spoons were dirty upon arrival. when they would make up the room everyday, they left trash, the breakfast was just okay. The light switches would randomly stop working and there was no outlet by the bed. The location is far from the city.

The staff were very accommodating and helpfully. The hotel was nice and clean.

The restaurant could have offered better vegetarian options for breakfast and dinner. The hotel was outside main town so had to take taxis into town most days.

Great place to stay, the rooms are lovely, the staff are helpful, an oasis in the city.

The villas are gorgeous and the staff are helpful. The pool is fantastic and absolutely stunning. It's like an oasis in the city. The villas are lovely, spacious and well equipped. The furniture is a little worn for the price tag, but an above average room for sure. Love the patio space.

Honestly disappointed in the dining options. I did eat there and the food was tasty and good, but there was not much atmosphere. I couldn't find the coffee shop and the lanna room was okay, but lot's of staff movement and noise and it just didn't feel like a 4 star plus dining facility.

The staff were friendly and the facilities were fantastic. They clean your room and replace your towels everyday.

The showers could be cleaner. I can tell it has not been scrubbed down for over many uses.

cobwebs in the room. no phones. no irons in the room only on request. Minimal accommodation for simple requests.

We would not recommend this place at the present time.

Convenient location between the old city and the highway for access to the mountains.

False advertising regarding the presence of a rice field and associated activities; telling us the website has not been updated since pre-Covid is unacceptable and lame. The breakfast table had a large number of fruit flies every morning for the entire week we were there.

Peaceful and relaxing. Family friendly.

Friendly and helpful staff. The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel facilities were fabulous. Breakfast was great too.

Quiet location out of town. Great value for money if you don't mind grabbing a taxi.

The room was large and spacious. All the staff were lovely and very helpful. The breakfast choice was huge ranging from lots of Thai cooked meals, continental options, eggs cooked to order and fruit/yoghurt. The pool was nice but only about 10 sun loungers, which was never a problem as it was quiet during our stay. Only 1 of the 2 pools was open when we were there.

The hotel is a 10 min ride out of town with not much around. There is one place to eat opposite the hotel which served authentic thai food and was delicious and very good value. There is also a small takeout coffee hut up the road from the hotel. Although the hotel do food it wasn't great. Housekeeping was slow to clear food away and it sat outside our room for almost a full day. Hotel a little tired especially around the spa area.

Visiting Chiang Mai

Nice and modern big room.

The swimming pool next to the lofts was closed and there were noisy renovations’s work going on the swimming pool. Unfortunately, staff didn’t ask what currency I would like to be charged and exposed me to additional charges.

Disappointing stay

Very spacious rooms, front desk was helpful in booking taxis, car staff was friendly and quick. Food was quite nice. Good to have 2 options of swimming pools (as one was not very clean). Most tuk tuk know the hotel so easy to find way back. Breakfast buffet has many Asian offerings, if this is to your taste, even a delicious local KahSoy!

We had a hygiene issue in one of our rooms, as a result of the rain. We asked to change rooms but the type of rooms were not available and no discount or offer was made (we found a mushroom growing into je ceiling above my son’s head). One of the pools was quite dirty, lucky there was a second one that was better. Wished we’d been closer to Old City - that’s our fault for thinking there were things to see close by. Not even a Seven Eleven. And lastly, when asking about places researched (restaurants and excursions), the front desk was not so knowledgeable so you are really on your own.

the room was good, they cleaned the room everyday, room service good.

Nothing was like portrayed on the website. The wooden floor by the pool was broken with metal pieces sticking out (very dangerous!), pool not well maintained, only a few chairs, no Italian restaurant like they said on the website, … We were dissapointed because the website/ booking showed something extremely different.
