Great location!
Both metro and bus is close by and easy to find.
No problems checking in by ourselves, good communication with the host.
Effective aircon and a good amount of space.
The matresses were very firm. I didn't mind but my friend found the bed to be too uncomfortable and slept on the couch.

Location
My wife, my brother, my son, and I stayed there, a total of four. I think the cleanliness was mediocre, and the room was small. The location is very good. Around 10 PM, the hotel called us via both WhatsApp and phone, warning us that we were making too much noise. However, we were just chatting and definitely didn't make any noise that warranted a warning. Overall, it definitely doesn't deserve an 8.8 rating. Don't raise your expectations.
