We had a wonderful stay at Irida Hotel. The staff were very welcoming, helpful, and respectful throughout our stay. Our room was comfortable and had a beautiful sea view from the window, which made our stay in Chania even more memorable.
The location was also very convenient. The beach is just a short walk from the hotel, and Chania Bus Station is around a 15-minute walk away, which made it very easy for us to explore Chania and travel to other places.
The breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of options served as a buffet in the bar area on the ground floor. We were also on our honeymoon, and the hotel kindly decorated our room for us. It was a lovely gesture, and we really appreciated the effort they made to make our stay special.
We don’t have anything to complain about. We were very happy with our stay and had a really pleasant experience.

Spacious room & balcony
The bed side table had been cleaned with a - most probably - dirty cloth and smelled very badly even when we arrived at the room after many hours. We had that smell in our nose during our night sleep.

Breakfast ok.
Booked separate beds/twin beds (confirmed twice) and full sea view. Got partial sea view and no twin beds. Ended up in a 3 beds room on the back.
