Everything was very good including friendly staff. Some dust found in my room and in cabinet and residual water in the bathtub. Cleaners obviously did not do a good job which is a shame. Given all other factors exceeded my expectations I still give an excellent review.

A hotel with a great price in a very convenient location, right next to Luton train station and the shopping mall, both just a 5-minute walk away. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by very friendly and helpful staff.
The room was even nicer than I expected and very clean. I will definitely stay at this hotel every time I travel to London. I also purchased breakfast at the hotel, and it was definitely worth it, everything was very tasty.
There was a ventilation vent above the bed that was blowing a small amount of cold air directly onto my head. I went to reception, and maintenance came to check it, but they said there was nothing they could do about it. However, they offered me a different room.
I decided not to move because I had already settled into the room, and I slept there without any issues. It didn’t bother me while I was sleeping. However, if you happen to get a room like this and it bothers you, just know that the hotel staff can offer you a different room.

Absolutely wonderful stay — I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
I stayed at this hotel for 8 days this time, and once again, everything was exceptional. This was actually my second stay, as I had previously stayed there in December, and I was very happy to return again this September. I can honestly say that the hotel continues to impress me every time.
A special thank you to Sunny at the reception, who was absolutely wonderful upon my arrival. He was extremely kind, welcoming and professional, and his warm attitude made me feel comfortable from the very beginning.
The hotel itself is beautiful, clean and welcoming, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. Everything was well maintained, and the overall atmosphere made my stay very enjoyable and relaxing.
The location is also excellent — just a short walk from Frasers Plus Luton Mall entrance and only about 2 minutes from the train station, which is incredibly convenient.
I will definitely be staying here again on my next visit to Luton. This hotel has become my preferred choice, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean and welcoming place to stay.
