Good location and car parking
Given room on ground floor overlooked by car park, this compromised privacy and if I stayed there again I would ask for room on elevated floor. As positive food was good, staff mainly helpful.

Friendly welcome at reception. Bed was very comfortable and I like the layout of the room. Very good location for an early flight
Shower temperature is very hard to control. Could only get scalding hot water.

We had our flight cancelled late in the evening and along with a lot if other travelers needed somewhere to stay last minute.We found this hotel last minute .Upon arrival we dealt with the excellent Jacob who couldn't have done enough for us.He explained that our room was being prepared for us as we needed a family room but it would be ready very soon.At the same time the restaurant was about to close but due to our circumstances we could order as the kitchen and restaurant staff would stay on for our orders which was very much appreciated .Every member of staff from Jacob to the kitchen and restaurant staff housekeeping front of desk staff through the night and the following day were absolutely amazing nothing was to much to help us enjoy our stay in difficult circumstances.Every member of staff were polite friendly and professional an absolute credit to the hotel I can't thank them enough.would definitely use this hotel again and highly recommend this hotel to other travellers.
Everything was fantastic.Nothing negative to say.
