For a place to stay for an early flight out close to Luton Airport and the Dart it was great. Comfortable, spacious room and friendly efficient staff.

The close proximity to the airport
We got given an accessible room, it was pretty run down.
The car park was totally overflowing. No one informed us about breakfast, eleven though it was supposed to be included. There is not even bottled water in the room. We've expected more from the photos and description.
