Very close to airport- clean - nice and effective staff

I had to send off the wife to visit her ill sister flying from Luton. The flight was very early so we booked at the Luton IHG hotel. We were lucky to find the last two free parking spaces. Otherwise I would have had to take the car to the long stay car park. The registration procedure was very smooth and the staff really helpful. The room and bathroom had been cleaned very well. The bed was really comfortable for me and deeply uncomfortable for my wife. She really likes a much softer mattress.

Very close to terminal but quiet. Supper and early morning breakfast were good. Staff were helpful.
